Great stay in Thessaloniki! The apartment is in a very central location, with the Ladadika area just a one-minute walk away. It is spacious, full of natural light, and very well soundproofed, so it stays quiet and relaxing even though it’s in a lively area. Nikos was an amazing host. Always available and very helpful. Excellent value for money!

The studio is in a great location, very close to the main square and the port, which made it easy to get around. There is also a large and affordable parking garage just across the street, which is very convenient. The studio itself is well equipped and generally clean.

However, there was a major downside: a very strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. Even the pillows and bed sheets smelled like an ashtray. This is especially unacceptable since the studio is advertised as non-smoking. Unfortunately, this made our stay uncomfortable, particularly because we were traveling with our 2-year-old child. Overall, the studio offers good value for money in terms of location and amenities, but the cigarette smell was a serious issue and would prevent me from booking this place again.

I really liked the location of the accommodation, especially because it’s right by the Grand Parking Garage, which was the most important thing for us. The 24-hour parking there costs €15. It’s also just a 10-minute walk from Aristotelous Square, which was very convenient.

What I didn’t like is that the apartment in the photos definitely looked new, but now it feels quite worn out, even though it was clean. You can clearly see signs of use. The location is also very noisy – it wasn’t a problem for just one night, but it would be an issue for a longer stay. The building itself doesn’t look nice, and neither does the entrance.
