Great location, parking garages nearby. Ladadika the best area. Clean and comfy enough, elevator in the building. Best value for the money.

Street where the building is located looks a little bit scary, but everything was fine.

Great stay, not so great host

Even though I had an awful time with the host, and he didn’t want to change my dates because of work, and I want to write a bad review, I just cant. The property is awesome. Had great linen, very comfy beds, air conditioning worked great. Near the center, hot water on demand. Coffee maker… everything! So book this just don’t make the reservation not flexible because he/she/they really aren’t flexible:)

Excellent location close to restaurants and pubs. Public transport and getting to the airport was v easy from location. Clean apartment with excellent facilities. Everything we needed was there. Air conditioning was excellent and very good communication with host.

The location of the apartment is excellent!

Maybe the owner is not aware, because generally the flat is being cleaned by a service, BUT they have bed bugs, which are very dangerous for people's health. They should really take this into consideration or they'll have serious consequences in the future!!! Also it's a very shabby building, not well mainteined, and the neighbourhood is scary....which has nothing to do with the apartment but the overal feeling is "not safe".

Sorryall was wrong .lift was very danger only one person.tv was terrible no antena area i missed all my films and football.i boocked 3 bed was only 1bed apts double bed and very small single bed..3times in morning ringing the door bell and one at 2 in morning.the lift all time bangig any stop .please was missing the frond door .i was walking untill 4 floor.i neve recomended to any frends of mine.i am working in hotel admin.the bedroom above bed was wett and start smell mofig.

Really good apartment, if a great location

Great location, and there is also a kitchen and a place to eat, there is a kosher restaurant very close.

The elevator is only for one person and the apartment is on the 4th floor, but the price covers that.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable and well equipped. It is also in a great location with respect to the rest of the town.

The lift is very old and a little scary, and the building itself is not in great shape. Also the flat does not have its own parking, though there is parking on the street below. Finally, in the summer the flat needs an air-conditioning unit in both rooms, as it is otherwise too hot to sleep in the bedroom.

The building it was something old wich now is under redecoration. The elevator is in front of building administration, and all the time the watch your steps and tell us all the time to not be more of 1 person in elevator. But what we do if 1 person have 135 kg ? 😀

We werent unhappy but neither happy, i wouldnt stay again.

it has a very central location, you easily walk to the beach side. the house is renovated but everything that was used is very basic. it was clean

the apartment is very very strange, it is like a working place, so during the weekend you feel strangely alone. there is a guy in the first floor, every time you are taking the elevator (4.th floor) he comes out and checks how many people gets in. Apparently there was an issue with it but still he was policing us all the time. the apartment is renovated but what we didnt like is, even the basic things, the owner didnt want to put. the hand soap bottle was completely empty, the hair dryer had short circuit so we got electrified, apart from the main bed all the bed sheets were different from each other, the fridge was super noisy, there was like 2 pieces of sugar so everything was like cut in budget...

Schöne Unterkunft unweit von etlichen Restaurants und dem Fährhafen

Wir sind mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (3 und 5 Jahre) gereist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. So wurden wir sofort benachrichtigt, als das Apartment bezugsfertig war, damit wir die Kinder zum Mittagsschlaf legen konnten. Insgesamt war das Apartment mit allem ausgestattet, was man für 5 Personen braucht.

Die Straße und das Treppenhaus sahen nicht so einladend aus. Um so schöner war unser Apartment.
