The instructions before the travel and on the day of arrival were very clear and reassuring. Great contact and although no voice call took place, the messaging was exceptionally pleasant and very professional. The apartment itself was beyond what I expected and there was AC in each bedroom and the living room! Each bedroom has a decent and comfortable double with fresh bedding supplied and a few towels; there were sufficient for us (4 people) and I am sure more will be provided for larger parties. Personally I slept on the sofa bed to give my children privacy of a bedroom each, but as I could sleep anywhere, I would only count on the sofa bed as an emergency provision rather than a long term one. All bedrooms had access to a small terrace and the living room had the larger terrace, where you can see the sea but also lots of roof tops, but the apartment is not overlooked. The kitchen had a few basics on arrival but the cooker, fridge-freezer and washing machine were all very clean and serviceable and a god-send for our trip! Standard table ware, cutlery glasses etc are also provided. A drying rack for air drying clothes was also included, as was a machine tumble drier, but I did not use the machine as I don't like them! The apartment is extremely secure, the front door is solid, but I never had the impression that there was any need for worry, but not everyone may feel the same way. The apartment is on the 5th floor which also adds to the security. There is a small 2 person lift (elevator) available but you'll have to make multiple trips for larger parties; I used the stairs almost all the time but my offspring used the lift nearly all the time! Car parking is very difficult in the area, as with most of the city, and there are several smaller shops within walking distance for convivence goods. In summary, you will not be disappointed with this apartment. Exceptional value for money.

There was nothing to dislike and everything exceeded my expectations. The only very minor issue was the shower head itself, slightly under powered, but it is minor, it was used with no issues by the 4 of us twice a day! I will definitely seek to rent the same apartment in future trips to the city.

Owner is very helpful, very polite. There were no problems with anything. View is very nice. And apartment has everything it needs to have.

The guest manager is very attentionate and tries all he can to make sure everything is ok, but he is not the owner and so not the decision maker. The terrasse is large and has a nice view over the port although most of the view is actually over the top of uninterresting nearby buildings. The location is about 20 mins walk from the nice part of the city with lots of shops and good restaurants..

The size of the 2 bedrooms appartement is around 35-40 m2 which is much smaller than the 60 m2 stated in the description. There is not much space to move around once you put your suitcase on the bedrooms floor. The kitchen is well equipped but also quite small. So is the bathroom. There is no other room / no living room. The elevator is missing one of the doors which makes it dangerous to use. The street area has no interrest and is not well maintained with lots of rubish on the ground. It is also difficult to find a parking space nearby.
