Location was good, close to the city centre but the facilities were poor.

There were neither shampoo nor soap, i contacted the staff about the issue, they said they will take care of it but unfortunately didnt. They only put one toilet paper for two days, which was insufficient for two people. The wifi connection was very poor, we couldnt connect to it. Toilet system was very noisy, even when you are not using it. The floor was very cold and the ac was not enough to warm up the house.

Great location, thats the only good thing about this accommodation.

The room lacks a lot of things, starting with hangers for coats etc, the kitchen didn’t have any cutlery, glasses. The couch was broken and you couldn’t really sit on it properly. The bathroom was full of mold,especially the shower. The linens could be cleaner. Overall the pictures represent much different picture from the reality. I also asked for a highchair for my baby but didn’t get it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Location is good, walking distance to city centre. Cafes and shops close by.

The most uncomfortable bed i ever slept in, felt every spring in the mattress, woke up in pain every morning. Apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and even though i had the balcony door and windows opened at all times, no help. My clean clothes soaked up all the smell which was quite disgusting. Kitchen is poorly equipped, not a single cereal bowl or knife. Balcony is quite small, can barely fit a chair- width wise. Made a complaint to the staff but in vain, they never got back to me.

Weird smell, no working internet. Someone visited the apartment while we were not at home, didn’t clean anything, but moved tables and pillows, we wrote to the owners, no response - SUPER WEIRD

Worst Booking Experience — Unsafe and Extremely Noisy

The location is great and very central. There’s paid parking right next door, though it’s extremely expensive (total ripoff).

As a host myself, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unfortunately the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. The apartment is located in the city center, which is convenient, but it seems to attract large groups of youngsters who smoke and take drugs inside the apartment and in the hallway. They were constantly going from one room to another, slamming doors, and talking loudly throughout the night. The walls have no sound insulation, so it was impossible to sleep. We even heard girls screaming at times — it wasn’t violent, but it was extremely unsettling. To make things worse, the management provided the wrong self check-in information. We had booked two apartments, and for one of them, the instructions were incorrect. One of the keys opened a completely different apartment, while the other opened ours — a serious security concern. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful or safe stay.

Excellent Value & Great Location in Thessaloniki

I had a fantastic stay at this aparthotel and would definitely book it again. The studio was beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The price was excellent for the quality offered—truly outstanding value. The location is ideal, almost in the heart of Thessaloniki and within easy walking distance of many attractions. I especially appreciated the so-called “contactless” check-in. Retrieving the key from a secure safe allowed me to arrive late in the evening without any hassle or time constraints—it added a whole new level of convenience. All in all, a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort, value, and flexibility.

Short stay in Thessaloniki

The location is great. You can get everywhere on foot and by everywhere I mean Ladadika area, seaside for a good coffee and at the White Tower. The communication with the stuff was very good. Always replying in a timely manner, friendly and willing to solve anything. Ms. Sofia was always on top of everything.

Bed sheets and sofa could have been much cleaner and there was no soundproof. Also, there is an issue with the mold.

The rooms at Big apple are nice but they really need some attention by the owners.

Although the neighborhood is rather shabby, the flat itself is modern and spacious with a big refrigerator and lots of useful household appliances. It's also quite sunny, being in the seventh floor.

There were a lot of problems: * One of the window roll-up blinds was missing and everybody could see you from the flats across the street. * The kitchen table was rocky. I had the feeling it was going to fall apart at any minute. * The toilet was not clean enough. There were visible stains on the toilet seat and worn-out floor tiles in the shower area. * The soap dispenser in the bathroom sink was empty. * Two of the towels had a really bad smell. And all of them were very rough to the skin. * The A/C was very weak. I had to lower the temp to 18 degrees Celsius just to feel slightly cool.

Amazing interior design, spacious rooms, great clean bathroom. Good furniture pieces. Had everything we needed. Easy self check-in. A lot of garages around the building.

Modern and practical solution following this accommodation. The apartment was really clean. Good location, huge balcony to chill out. Right next to the private guarded parking.

Strange smell from the air conditioner in first 5-10mins. Waiting last moment to get the information about room number, it says that check in is from 15:00, message with information received around 15:30. The wifi was connected but internet didn't worked...short stay so not a big problem.

Great location, nice apartment

Thin walls and crowd of cleaning personnel in front of my door few hours every day. Also some kitchen utensils were missing... I mean what's the point of kitchen if you need to go and buy frying pan or pot yourself... Shades were not enough for the east side morning sun.

The location of the apartment is a 10. Very close to the center of Thessaloniki. It's very noise and you can listen everything from outside and from another apartments. But for one night its ok. The kitchen, bedroom and living room are okay. But the balcony was not clean. Thank you!
