Not a Luxury apartment

It was close to the center and even closer to a metro station. Also, a supermarket was just outside It had a really big bathroom with a spacious shower Had a well equipped kitchen

They should not use the word Luxury in the name of the apartment. It had a big kitchen (why?), equipped with everything required, but there was no paper towels, only the minimum plates and cuttlery, and there was no place to put the dishes you washed. It is not a one bedroom but rather a studio. If you use the sofa for the kids that means not privacy. The bed was not comfortable and one side was adjacent to the wall, which meant that the person sleeping on the inside had to climb in and out, trying not to wake the other one. That was not that clever, especially since there was space available. The bathroom, although spacious, always had a foul smell, which went away if you left the ventilation on for 10-15 minutes. The internet connection was slow The building does not offer a lot of soundproofing and the 2 elevetors are kind of old.

There was a terrible smell of cigarettes in the apartment and it was really impossible to sleep weel. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child but the sofa was not ready (we had to prepare it).

Good value for money (being central and renovated) but not great

Great communication and a conveniently central location. If you’re arriving by car, be aware that you’ll need to park at a nearby parking garage, which typically costs between €25 and €40 per day. The neighborhood feels a bit rough around the edges, though that’s somewhat expected for a central—albeit not prime—location. The building itself is quite old and, aside from the nicely renovated apartment, the rest of the property is in rather poor condition. The apartment was decent, but lacked basic essentials. There was no coffee, tea or even sugar or salt, and the supply of plates and cutlery was also minimal. It’s fine for singles or couples who plan to eat out exclusively, but not ideal if you’re hoping to prepare even simple meals in the apartment. While the place was generally …clean, it could have been a bit cleaner to meet our personal standards. The TV didn’t receive any local channels and was set to what seemed to be Albanian when we arrived, so we weren’t really able to use it.

The location is close to the center, metro line and the coast. The interior is new. Very well equiped. It was clean.

The apartment should have closed closet/wardrobe, a mirror in the living room, some hooks in the bathroom. The view was at the inner yard with old buildings.

A room where you can't sleep

The location is really great: close to the city center, lots of landmarks within walking distance, great place to explore the city and walk around. The instructions mention to turn on the water heater, but we had hot water all the time, so the information is probably irrelevant.

The "studio" room is definitely the worst of the options here (we got a glimpse of the others while cleaning): - two tiny windows, one of which is blocked by bricks; - overall feeling of a basement due to lack of light, air and cramped space; - studio is definitely smaller than advertised; - bed deserves a special mention: it's a mattress on a piece of concrete, about 135 cm wide. If you're a side sleeper, your lower arm will be numb in like 2 minutes. The tiny hard pillows only make things worse. Two adults can only sleep on such a bed if they don't move at all. The bed is as unfit as possible to sleep in; - the walls were repainted some time ago. They used to be green, which can be seen near the air conditioner: it was not removed during the renovation and the old paint can be seen there.

Ich hätte besser auf der Straße schlafen können Das einzige was luxury an dieser Unterkunft ist, ist der Name. Ein ganz normales Appartement welches sehr sehr hellhörig ist. Die ganze Nacht gab es Party auf der ganzen Etage welches ich dann um 2:03 per WhatsApp dem Vermieter auch mitteilte worauf aber keine Reaktion oder Antwort von ihm kam. Ich habe keine Minute in der Nacht schlafen können, ich dachte jeden Moment steht jemand im Zimmer. Morgens um 8:30 Uhr hatten meine Nachbarn den Handy Wecker gestellt, ich konnte das vibrieren in meinem Bett spüren und natürlich auch hören. Als dann noch den ganzen Vormittag vor meinem Apartment das Reinigungsteam zu Werke war und es wieder sehr laut und unangenehm war bin ich vorzeitig abgereist. Ich war schlaflos und genervt. Ich kontaktierte dem Vermieter über meine Abreise und die Gründe dafür per WhatsApp und teilte ihm alles was ich hier niederschreibe mit, aber er zeigte sich keinesfalls einsichtig. Es kam über booking.com eine Nachricht das ich zurückkehren möchte und falls es wieder laut werden sollte der Vermieter sich darum kümmern wollte. Schließlich wäre es Sonntag und die stadt wäre ruhiger. Einfach lächerlich. Natürlich bin ich nicht zurück Wie gesagt besser hätte ich auf der Straße schlafen können. Ich habe für zwei Übernachtungen 332,86€ bezahlt. Als ich am abreisetag nochmals nachschaute ob ich mich bei den Bewertungen der Gäste getäuscht habe,war der Preis ca. 100€ billiger für diesen Tag. Ich fühlte mich dann auch noch abgezogen. Über eine mögliche Rückzahlung oder teil Erstattung meiner Kosten habe ich bis heute nichts gehört Ich glaube das die Bewertungen keinesfalls korrekt sind

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εντελώς διαφορετικό από τις φωτογραφίες στο Booking και ήταν κυριολεκτικά μια σκοτεινή τρύπα με ένα μικρό παράθυρο - σαν φυλακή - που ίσα που χώραγες να περάσεις μπροστά από το κρεβάτι και όταν ζητήσαμε αλλαγή με ένα νορμαλ δωμάτιο μας είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει. Οι υποδομές του κτηρίου απαρχαιωμένες.
