If you have a situation they don`t care

The aspect is as in the pictures but it smells horrible and the customer service is shit.

We did`t have hot water. The was a problem with the boiler that we discovered Friday in the evening. The property is managed by a company, you don't have any contact only by phone. In the presentation is mentionet that there is hot water 24/7. The lady from customer service did not understand the issue. They did not care and did not fixed it because its the weekend. They work on Saturday...but no The smell was as they did not open any windows in ages. There were cigarettes on the balcony trown from the upstairs balconies.

This place needs some serious maintenance and needs to be thoroughly cleaned. There is mold on the ceiling, some towels were dirty and the bed sheet they provided was absolutely disgusting. We liked the decor but so many things are ruining this place like dirty couch, dirty walls etc. We could barely sleep at night as the mattress was very bad. You could feel every coil on your back. We don’t recommend this place.

Great experience, although slightly different than what we expected.

The accommodation is in a great location, close to public transport and the sights. The apartment is modern, and thankfully quiet. The main issue is with the cleanliness, and the equipment. Starting with the cleaning, it was bad. Weird stains on the sofa, the kitchen counter, and on the floor as well. Regarding the equipment, the kitchen was poorly equipped. We couldn’t even make scrambled eggs properly, as there were only butter knives, and there was not a single wooden spoon. The TV takes up the dinner table, so there’s no place to sit for dinner. Keep in mind this is only an objective perspective, and the value for money is great, although in the booking info, it was a bit different, and we got a different room than what we selected. All-in-all it was a great experience, although there is still room for improvement.

Το κρεβάτι στο στρώμα ήταν παλιό και κουραστικό ένιωθες τα ελατήρια. Καθαριότητα δεν υπήρχε πετσέτες και είδη υγιεινής ήταν για μια μέρα και είχαμε κλείσει για 4 βράδια . Επίσης δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση με τα διπλανά διαμερίσματα.

Το μέρος της κουζίνας.

Το στρωμα ηταν για πέταμα, έβγαιναν ολα τα σίδερα απο μεσα δεν μπορουσες ουτε να κάτσεις. Αναγκαστηκα να γυρίσω το στρωμα ανάποδα για να μπορέσω να κοιμηθώ έστω. Είχε ενα πολυ μικρο σκαλακι με το που έβγαινες απο την πόρτα του σπιτιού πολυ άβολο. Επίσης δεν είχε εναν καθρέφτη το σπίτι, μόνο εναν μικρο στο μπανιο.

Απογοητευτική Διαμονή - Δεν το προτείνω!

Τους ενδιαφέρουν μόνο οι καλές φωτογραφίες, πέρα από αυτό τίποτα άλλο δεν είναι προσεγμένο!

1.Το δωμάτιο μύριζε μούχλα, ευτυχώς χρησιμοποιήσαμε το κλιματιστικό και βελτιώθηκε λίγο η κατασταση. 2.Το στρώμα είναι με ελατήρια που σου τρυπάνε το σώμα και κάνουν θορυβο. Το ένα άτομο κοιμήθηκε στον καναπέ. 3.Δεν έχει ζεστό νερό στο διαμέρισμα ενώ λένε ότι υπάρχει 24/7, κάνουν ότι δήθεν δεν το γνωρίζουν και δεν κάνουν τίποτα για να σε αποζημιώσουν ή να βρουν λύση. 4.Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν αρκετα καθαρό και λείπανε πετσέτες, τις ζητήσαμε και ευτυχώς μας τις έφεραν την επόμενη ημέρα. 5.Είχε μόνο ένα ρολό χαρτί στην τουαλέτα και αναγκάστηκαμε να αγοράσουμε. 6.Τα δωμάτια έχουν καθρέφτες μόνο στο μπάνιο. Μόνο στο δωμάτιο 2 στο ισόγειο είχε πρίζα κοντά στον καθρέφτη η οποία είναι ξεχαρβαλωμενη. 7.Η επικοινωνία γίνεται μόνο μέσω μηνυμάτων, δεν απαντάνε στα τηλέφωνα. Γίνεται τυποποιημένη διαχείριση, σαν να μην τους αφορά αυτό που τους λες, για το ζεστό νερο η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι θα ενημερωθεί ο ιδιοκτήτης. Δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο ( η διαμονή μας ήταν λόγω γάμου στην περιοχή). Στα σχόλια είδα ότι υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό, οποτε παρίσταναν ότι δεν γνώριζαν!

Μειναμε ευχαριστημενοι απο τα παντα εκτος απο το στρωμα.

Η τοποθεσια ειναι παρα πολυ βολικη. Η καθαριοτητα του σπιτιου καθως και η ανεση του χωρου. Ηταν σχεδον αριστα εκτος απο το στρωμα.

Το στρωμα του κρεββατιου ειναι σε τραγικη κατασταση. Ενιωθα κι εγω και η συντροφος μ τις σουστες σ ολο μας το σωμα. Χρησιμοποιησαμε το παπλωμα σαν σεντονι για να κοιμηθουμε πιο ανετα. Επισης το διαμερισμα ειχε μολις μια καρεκλα στο τραπεζι. Καλο θα ηταν να εχετε 2 καρεκλες στο διαμερισμα.

Οχι άνεση, φασαρία και κακή διαχείριση.

1. Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι δεν ήταν ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ άνετο. 2. Υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία! 3. Εξυπηρέτησα το ζευγάρι που έμεινε, κλείνοντας τους τη τη διαμονή μέσω booking για τις Χ ημέρες, και εκείνοι δεν σε επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα έκλεισαν 1 ακόμα ημέρα. Κυριακή πρωί (που ήταν η τελευταία ημέρα μέσω booking) με καλούν, λέγοντας μου ότι το συνεργείο καθαρισμού είναι στο δωμάτιο και ότι τα πράγματα είναι ακομα μέσα (το ζευγάρι έλειπε σε συνέδριο). Υπήρξε ολόκληρη αναστάτωση να στείλουμε άτομο για τα πράγματα, έγιναν όλα άνω κάτω, να ψάξουμε να βρούμε νέο κατάλυμα μέσα σε λίγη ώρα, για να διαπιστώσουν τελικά ότι είχε κλειστεί ακόμη μια ημέρα αλλά δεν είχαν συνεννοηθεί μεταξύ τους. Για εμένα το χειρότερο είναι ότι ζήτησαν και χρέωσαν κανονικά αυτή τη μέρα μετά από όλο αυτό που είχε συμβεί και όλη την αναστάτωση που προκάλεσαν. Προσπάθησα να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους αλλά δεν υπήρξε καμία απάντηση. Λυπάμαι πολύ.
