Great Budget Place!!!

This apartment is a very clean, budget-friendly place and totally worth the amount we paid. We really loved the self check-in — it was super convenient, especially for late flights. The flexibility was great, and communication was perfect. Thank you!

It just needs a little more attention to small details that would make a big difference like the door handles, and a few other small details — it could really elevate the experience. But overall 10/10.

Good place to stay if coming by car!

Good location, nice apartment, air conditioning, free street parking, easy self check-in, dog friendly. Kitchen available.

Third floor without elevator (just FYI). The bathroom could be improved a bit.

A huge disappointment....

There are only few things that we liked in this apartment, but the couch and the balcony are one of them..

I can see that a couple of years ago it must have been a great apartment in its "golden years" but now in 2025 it is a dirty average apartment with a lot of unfanctoning which has not been renewed or replaced. First of all: - the shower... It is a nightmare it is way worse than a shower in a gas station without any exaggerations. The drain is literally not working the water is flooding from the shower we told this to the owner who said yeah it's going to be fixed tomorrow.. surprise it didn't.. the shower's head which is literally 2 euros not more is rather be fixed with duck tape then replaced... It's ridiculous. - the fridge, i have never ever seen this dirty fridge in my whole life when it comes to airbnb or any accomodations. The fridge was stink!!! And also they have never defrosted it (or probably not in many years) so the freezer is completely useless... - coffee machine.... The coffee machine is full of MOLD!!! good advice: buy coffee from 4all store which is very close to the apartment bc the coffee machine is not hygienic at all! Save yourself from a very bad experience.... - no working wardrobe or closet... Prepare yourself if you're going to stay here for a week you need to dress from your suitcase because it's just simply not functioning and the door is falling out and there is literally no space in it, it is full with other stuff. I am simply disappointed.. I mean I got it it was cheap (over 300 euros for 8-9 days or something like this) but there were cheaper apartments and I am sure that the experience would have been better... If you think 300 euros is not worthy to make a great accomodation then make the price higher to be worthy for you, but this... This is just bad because it's not that cheap but a freaking bad experience for the guests... And yes, I know what I am talking about we have Airbnb (actually ours is cheaper) but still...

Everything's fine. Large comfortable sofa, the bedroom is excellent. There is everything you need and even more) Contactless check-in. Parking under the windows. Balcony. Each room has air conditioning. Beautiful apartment!

Good flat also a good location. You can park your car easily. Owner is very kind and helpful.

You must take too much stairs 3th floor but like 4 :) If you have luggage it is a little problem no elevator.

Temizlik yetersiz ama konum güzeldi. Ev iyiydi. Daha özenli olurlarsa bence çok daha güzel puanlar alabilirler.

Konumu ve arabamızı rahat park etmemiz güzeldi. Sesiz ve sakin bir konumda. Her şeyi rahatlıkla bulmak mümkün.

Yatak çarşafları değişmemişti, banyo kirliydi, bulaşıkları sudan geçirip bırakmışlar resmen . Her şeyi kullanabilmek için tekrardan yıkadık. Fiyat olarak burayı tercih edecekler çarşaflarını evden getirebilirler.

Apartman je veoma prostran, opremljen, prelepa terasa. Parking prostor ispred zgrade koji se ne naplacuje je posebna pogodnost, jer smo isli sopstvenim automobilom.

Nemam bas ni jednu primedbu.

Δεν λειτουργούσε τηλεόραση και ίντερνετ. Το κατάλυμα δεν ήταν έτοιμο στην ώρα του. Μπήκαμε με καθυστέρηση 2 ωρών.

Дуже зручне розташування. Неподалік автобусна зупинка 12ʼ хвилин до центру. Є можливість припаркувати машину у будь який час. По суботах базар, 5 хвилин. Місцеві овочі, фрукти, риба, морепродукти, місцево віно та узо. Чистенько. Але були проблеми з інтернетом. Перший день звʼязалися з господарем й він підключив. На другий день вже інтернету не було. Бо вже була субота. Господар не відповів. Якщо по справах треба обговорювати. Поруч дві АЗС з гарними цінами. Заправтесь тут. Ми їхали на Метеори ціни по дорозі були заввишки. Посуд добрий. Є каструля та пательня. Взагалі все сподобалось .

Не працював електричний обігрівач. Кондиціонери на опалення працювали добре. В ночі вже було прохолодно.

Lokacija odlična! Centar na 20min pešaka. Vlasnica jako ljubazna. Za ovu cenu bolje nema. Parking pored zgrade, jako udobno.

Sve preporuke za Apartman Matović, lokacija apartmana je odlična, prvenstveno zbog parkinga ispred zgrade. Do centra grade se stiže brzo, 20-tak minuta lagane šetnje do Aristotelovog trga. Sadržaj apartmana je zadovoljavajući, poseduje sve što je neophodno za boravak od nekoliko dana u prelepom Solunu. Vlasnica je divna i predusetljiva, u direktnom kontaktu nam objasnila kako doći do stana, kao i šta obići u Solunu. Rado ćemo ponovo doći.

Ev ısınmıyor. Salonda ve yatak odasında klima mevcut ancak her ikisinin de kapasitesi yetersiz evi ısıtmaya yetmiyor. Gece hiç ısınamadık donduk adeta. Yorganlar ve battaniyeler kirliydi. Yorgan ve battaniye çarşafları geçirmeli türden olmadığından, altına çarşaf üstüne yorganı serdiğinizde yorgan ve battaniyelere temas etmiş oluyorsunuz. Bu sebeple hiç hijyenik gelmedi. Daire 4. katta ve asansör mevcut değil. Bavulları çıkarıp indirmek yorucuydu, çocuklu olduğumuzdan dolayı çok yorucuydu. Daire yenilenmiş ancak apartman çok eski apartmana girdiğinizde kötü bir koku ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Fiyatının karşılığı bir oda değil.

Sobre todo la ubicación, la amplitud y la luminosidad de la estancia.

La cocina tiene poco menaje (ninguna cacerola) La cocina no tiene extractor de humos. Los dos últimos días no funcionaba internet. El baño es muy pequeño, pero sobre todo no tiene mampara y las cortinas no es un sistema higiénico.
