Good location, quiet apartment with AC in both rooms, nice shower.

We have stayed at this property last year and were overall happy so we have booked it again. This year, we have requested an hour early check in and were not granted it. That's fine, we went to see our family first. Yet, when we arrived 2 hours past check in time, the property was not ready for us (it hasn't been cleaned after the previous guests). We called the host, he apologized and sent the cleaner immediately. The cleaner changed sheets and towels and did a quick cleanup, but the bathroom and floors were not cleaned properly. Some suggestions to the owner: please add a few things to make your guests stay more comfortable, like a small kettle for tea/coffee, a few more utensils (1 tea spoon is not enough for a family), a little shelf in the shower to put your shampoos, soap, etc., a few hooks for towels, some hangers in the closet. It would be nice to include a few basics, like tea, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, a paper towel and garbage bags, and change dish sponges between guests. Small amounts of cleaning solutions would also be appreciated. And a thorough clean every few weeks, it's a small apartment and wouldn't take much time at all to clean it properly including inside of the cabinets, but would make a lot of difference for your guests.

The apartment is excellent. Everything was very clean, and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The metro station is relatively close, so there is no need to use a car to get around. Free parking can be found on the surrounding streets. The entrance is contactless, and the elevator feels safe, although it is quite small.

The main negative point was that the stove did not work, so it was not possible to even make a cup of coffee.

Άνετο και όμορφο διαμέρισμα κοντά στο κέντρο δίπλα σε μετρό και στάση λεωφορείων για την πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης!! Ο οικοδεσπότης στην επικοινωνία που είχαμε ήταν πολύ ευγενικός !!! Στο μέλλον που ο προορισμός μας θα είναι στην Θεσσαλονίκη θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!!!!

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε οι μονόδρομοι και πρός την Θεσσαλονίκη δεν έχουν πολλά πάρκινγκ κατά τα άλλα είναι μια υπέροχη πόλη!!

Nice property, easy access and close to the public transport

The floors were not that clean and we were 4 people. We had 4 pillows but only 3 of them had pillowcases and also we had the same problem with our towels. I would like to add that we only had 3 little sample size shampoo/shower gel so it was definitely not enough for 4 people.
