It was good with a few downsides.

Nice property, easy access and close to the public transport

The floors were not that clean and we were 4 people. We had 4 pillows but only 3 of them had pillowcases and also we had the same problem with our towels. I would like to add that we only had 3 little sample size shampoo/shower gel so it was definitely not enough for 4 people.

Great place in need of a few repairs

Very spacious and at a good location near the railway station (and hence near the start of the subway line). The bed and chairs were quite comfortable. The Internet connection was great (which in my experience is not really the standard for Greece) and the temperature inside was pleasant, though the floors were a bit cold (bring slippers and you'll be perfectly fine). The elevator was out of service during my stay, and even though I saw a repair crew, they didn't manage to fix it by the time I left. Unfortunately, the shower was practically falling apart and had water spraying everywhere, and the water faucet in the kitchen was barely holding on (I had to use both hands to avoid ripping it off when turning it). This didn't bother me too much, as I was there for a short stay and didn't use much of either, but I can see it becoming annoying after a few days. Overall, it was a nice place, really better than what I needed for my weekend there, but it could use a few repairs in case of longer stays.

we loved to stay there, all is thought by host. We havent met personally all process gone automatically. check in check out, all communication. cleaning, heating facility is totaly fine.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. It is lovely and well decorated.

But the lack of cleanliness bothered us the most. We arrived an hour earlier (our fault), but even at 15.00 we couldn't take it because they hadn't cleaned it. We managed to stay at 16.30. But it smelled very strongly of cigarettes and weed. The cleaning was done only on the surface. The parking place is exactly in front of the building.

PROPRIETAR LIPSIT DE OMENIE

Aveti mare grija , nu cumva sa aveti vreo problema in vacanta ca acest proprietar nu este cat de cat uman sa inteleaga problemele oamenilor. Am patit un eveniment in Atena de unde veneam spre Salonic ( masina ne-a fost sparta ) , am solicitat anulare gratuita sau macar sa ni se restituie o noapte , ne-a fost refuzata solicitarea , am ajuns in fata apartamentului , nicidecum nu se putea lasa masina cu geamul spart acolo pe strada , nu sa gasit deschisa nici o parcare privata pentru siguranta , proprietarul dupa ce am spus ca nu ne atingem nici macar de usa de la intrare A REFUZAT CATEGORIC SA NE RESTITUIE MACAR O NOAPTE ,, de altfel am plecat spre casa renuntand la cazare in totalitate neputand sta acolo pe motiv de securitate. Nu recomand nimanui , parcare este pe strada dar nu este sigura deloc.

Appena sufficiente

La casa è ben arredata e abbastanza grande per tre persone e cii sono due smart TV.. La zona anche se un po' decentrata è ottima perché a pochi minuti dalla nuova stazione del treni che è anche il capolinea della metro e di molti autobus. La fermata del pullman che collega l'aeroporto è a pochi metri dal portone di casa.

La casa non è gestita bene. Le pentole in dotazione sono troppo piccole per tre persone e sono troppo poche. Manca un coltello per il pane. Gli unici tre coltelli in dotazione servono solo a spalmare il burro sul pane. Due dei tre balconi sono sporchi di guano di piccione. La tavoletta del bagno era rotta. Il rubinetto della cucina è da riparare perché non è fissato bene. Non c'erano le istruzioni su dove doveva dormire il ragazzo, dove erano le lenzuola ecc. Abbiamo dovuto telefonare per chiedere queste informazioni. La camera da letto non ha tapparelle né tende oscuranti. La tenda presente lascia passare la luce al mattino.

Spolja gladac a unutra jadac.

Skoro ništa mi se nije dopalo. Kupatilo je bilo prljavo. Tražila sam i platila smeštaj za 4 osobe. Garnitura koja je bila na razvlačenje nije bila niti udobna niti bezbedna jer je poprečna daska polomljena. Verujem da je apartman nekad dio super ali se vidi da je odežavanje loše. Internet je bio dobar.

Apartman je loše očišćen, garnitura na razvlačenje je neudobna i nebebezbedna a fotelja koja je u spavaćoj sobi kad se razvuče nije dovoljna ni za dete a kamo li za odraslu osobu. I sve bi bilo ok da nas je bilo dvoje ali sam tražila i platila za četvoro.

Неймовірна чистота, білосніжна білизна, є весь необхідний посуд, два кондиціонера відмінно охолоджують приміщення і спати дуже комфортно незалежно від спеки на вулиці. Помешкання розташовано в 1,5 км від площі Арістотеля та 1,5-2 км від більшості памʼяток історії міста Салоніки. Відпочинок в цих апартаментах був чудовий, наступна подорож до Салоніків і зупинка лише тут! Співвідношення ціна-якість відмінна!

Έχοντας μείνει σε αμέτρητα σπίτια λόγω δουλειάς , το συγκεκριμένο το θεωρούμε ως το καλύτερο σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος σε όλα , είναι το αγαπημένο μας στη Θεσσαλονίκη και μένουμε πλέον μόνο σ'αυτό. Ανεπιφύλακτα δίχως δεύτερη σκέψη.

Biz Selanik’e arabayla gitmiştik tesisi bulmak bizim için kolay oldu. Selfie checkin bir tesis. Bulunduğu semtte bize de söylendiği gibi ana cadde üzerine park etmek doğru değil. Sabah kalktığımızda bazı araçların üzerinde ceza makbuzları vardı. Gelecek olan misafirlerin araclarini otoparklara ya da ara sokaklara koyması doğru olur. Tesisin kenti ile ilgili ilgili söyleyecek bir şey yok. Son derece başarılı. Teşekkür ederiz

VALUE FOR MONEY

το διαμερισμα ειναι ομορφα ανακανισμενο κσι ειχε ολα οσα χρειαζομασταν. Ειχε smart tv κσι στο υπνοδωματιο και στο καθιστικο. Πολυ ομορφος ο φωτισμος. Υπηρχε μπαλκονι και μπροστα και πισω. Αφθονο ζεστο νερο και πολυ καλο συστημσ θερμανσης. Το check in κσι check out πολυ ευκολα και βολικα. Και ολα αυτα σε πολυ καλη τιμη!!!

Η περιοχη ειναι επι της Μοναστηριου η οποια εχει αρκετη κινηση και εκει βρισκονται πολλες αποθηκες χονδρικης πωλησης (κινεζων κ.λ.π.) Γινεται συνεχεια φορτοεκφορτωση εμπορευματων, ειναι δηλαδη σχετικα αχαρη περιοχη, ομως μεσα στο διαμερισμα δεν ακουγοταν θορυβος.
