Not as pictured

I'm giving a somewhat higher rating because the host allowed me to check in early when I asked if I could leave my luggage before the official check-in time (I had an early morning arrival). They were also very responsive—we requested an iron, and it was brought to us quickly the same day. The air conditioning works very well too, which made the stay more comfortable.

The space no longer fully matches the photos shown in the listing. It’s clear that it once looked like the pictures, but some changes have occurred. Several items shown are missing (such as the washing machine, white table, and shelves), and a few things are damaged or worn. The bed, for example, is quite squeaky and has a damaged frame (see photos), and the walls have visible holes that are partially covered by pictures. The bathroom soap dispenser had a watery, unpleasant-smelling mix rather than proper soap, and no toiletries were provided, despite the listing saying otherwise. I would have expected at least basic shower gel or shampoo—though I always bring my own, this might be useful to know if you don’t. The shower door is broken, the wall around the shower system is damaged, and the shelf shown in the pictures was not there, which made it inconvenient to place toiletries. Towels had a musty smell, as if they hadn’t dried properly, and left a noticeable scent on the skin. The bed linens didn’t appear freshly cleaned—there were hairs on and under the pillow and on the sheets—so we chose to buy our own and used those instead. The building itself also had an unpleasant smell and appearance. I wish I could add more pictures but I cannot. While the price is low and that’s appreciated, the current condition of the property doesn’t quite align with what’s shown in the listing. A few updates and more accurate photos would help set better expectations.

Exceptionally clean, spacious and functional apartment in an empty street

A very clean room and well-functioning kitchen. The bed was good and the shower has great pressure (but careful with the hot water, it can be scalding). The work desk was a bit worn but absolutely adequate. All in all, a very functional and exceptionally clean apartment! There is a fantastic and friendly little cafe downstairs/next-door, and it's a 10-minute walk to the bar district at the waterfront.

The location, while central and well connected, could be a little intimidating for solo travellers: the street is quite derelict, and the building itself largely empty (I stayed for one week and never encountered a soul other than the cleaning lady or other guests) - however, I did not experience any problems whatsoever. The sound insulation is not good, and you can hear a pin drop through the door. Finally, smokers should note that you will be outdoors in the street ;)

Exceptional

All new, clean, safe, easy check in, great communication with the host. Big, comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet street and an easy walk to the center. Parking just around the corner for 8 euros a day.

A few minor notices. It used to be a bigger space and it was divided into 3 apartments. The walls between the apartments are plaster dry wall. And, well, we had the pleasure of enjoying the resonating sound of the guest next door snoring. The fawcet in the shower has a hairline trigger between cold and scolding hot water. Start from the cold and go slow when you hear the boiler turn on.

Świetna lokalizacja, duży asortyment kuchenny w pokoju, były ręczniki, szampony do mycia. Ogólnie było czysto i schludnie.

Niestety w pokoju jest nieprzyjemny zapach papierosów, ciuchy przesiąkają momentalnie. Drugi minus, że słuchawka prysznicowa przecieka i momentami czasami w ogóle nie działa - jest ona do wymienienia. W zimę, mimo klimatyzacji jest zimno. Jest to zrozumiałe ponieważ nie ma w Grecji często grzejników w mieszkaniach. Właściciel przygotował ciepła pościel więc tutaj wielki plus 😃

Коли ми приїхали, нас ніхто не зустрічав, тому що це було не потрібно. Власники залишили ключик у боксику на вході у під'їзд. Боксик із кодом, код надіслали у повідомленні. Також у повідомленні пояснили все необхідне: як увімкнути і вимкнути бойлер, які правила проживання, наприклад, не курити і не влаштовувати вечірок. Ми відпочивали з мамою, тому це взагалі не проблема. Квартирка нас приємно здивувала: маленька, компактна, все потрібне є, включаючи маленьку кухоньку з усім необхідним. Я веганка-сироїдка і мені дуже важко знайти їжу у ресторанах, а ще - це дорого. На відпочинку я завжди готую, тому кухонька мене порадувала найбільше! Плита з духовкою - можна приготувати будь-що. Ми жили тиждень і насолоджувалися, що нікуди не треба бігти, щоб поїсти - почувалися як вдома. У супермаркеті Mazoutis дуже хороший м'ясний відділ - мама оцінила. Ми купували їй свинячі стейки. М'ясо було свіже і м'яке після смаження. Також на кухоньці є капсульна кавоварка, а капсули були дбайливо залишені на столі. Ми їх використали і залишили чай у пакетиках і пачку меленої кави. Ми дуже задоволені! Загалом - усе супер. Навіть Нетфлікс проплачений! Правда, у нас не показувало відео. Тобто звук був, а відео не відображалося. Причину я не знайшла, та й не потрібен він був. Вайфай працював безперебійно. Дякуємо за чистоту і тишу, за можливість нарешті трохи відпочити від щоденних повітряних тривог. Обіймаємо власників - ви молодці! Щиро рекомендуємо відпочинок у ваших квартирках! Якщо колись ще будемо у Салоніках, зупинятимемось лише у вас. Дякуємо!

Усе сподобалося, але хотілося б дещо покращити. 1. Покласти дощечку для нарізання і велику терку для моркви на кухні (для мене це дуже важливо). 2. Було б круто, якби на кухні постійно були морська сіль, мельничка з чорним перцем і грецькі трави, а також пляшка сиродавленої рослинної олії, щоб туристи не думали про те, на чому їм посмажити яйця зранку. 3. Я дуже люблю купатися. Для мене гаряча вода і стан душу критично важливі. Душова кабінка скляна, дверцята не герметичні. Вода підтікає знизу. Сам душик складно регулюється. Хотілося б трохи якіснішу сантехніку. 4. Шампунь / гель краще у великих диспенсерах. Це зручніше і менше пластику у відходах. Маленькі пляшечки не надто зручні.

Buen alojamiento, aunque faltan arreglos

Tiene buena ubicación (cerca de lugares turísticos, supermercado, lavandería y metro), tenía buen espacio interior, tiene ascensor para subir con maletas.

Para tener tantos muebles le faltó una silla (pensando en dos personas), además hace falta reparar la columna de ducha, pues no se podía usar con normalidad (estaba todo suelto, demorando la ducha más de lo necesario), la manilla de la puerta del baño se cayó varias veces.
