Πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι, μαξιλάρια, στρώμα. Καφέδες και διάφορα ροφήματα. Ωραία διαρύθμιση ! Πολύ μελετημένο και προσεγμένο!

Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, άνετο, κ το πιο σημαντικό,, οπως ακριβώς είναι στις φωτογραφίες.Η τοποθεσία ωραια, σε ήσυχη κ φωτεινή περιοχή. Η εξυπηρέτηση σε οτι χρειαστηκαμε ηταν άμεση. Σίγουρα θα το επελεγα ξανά
Κυριολεκτικά κανένα παράπονο, ούτε βρίσκω κατι που δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις παροχές που διαθέτει το δωμάτιο.

Wow! Rare experience for budget reservations on the mainland Greece. One of the most thought through and exceptionally well maintained properties out of many dozens of our stays in Thessaloniki and Volos. We were told by the cleaning lady an experienced designer was hired to make most of the space. And she did her job exceptionally well. By the way, special thanks to the cleaning lady. Her job was no less perfect. We could not expect more from her. The fact that regular cleaning during long stays is done here is a rare thing for budget booking.com places in Greece in the first place. Very nice property! A bit away from noisy streets but just in 5-10 minutes walk from all the major bus line stops and the subway station. Very clean and pleasant entry to the building (do not take it for granted in Greece). Relaxing experience inside. Comfortable beds. Good lighting. Small but well organized kitchen with many minor items lacking which in other properties baffles us: a cutting board, kitchen towel, olive oil, coffee and tea, etc. At last! Good looking and functional furniture. Nice bathroom with good quality and yet again good looking equipment, all the necessary bathroom accessories. No spilling water while taking the shower. It may sound silly, but having a properly sized shower curtain is not something that is guaranteed in booking.com places for daily rent. Or having enough wall hooks both in the room and in the bathroom. Not in that wonderful studio! Good quality windows. No visible wear and tear in the studio that was obviously renovated recently. The view from the window is not particularly romantic but it is still much better than looking into a building wall across the street as it usually looks like in Thessaloniki. It is an open space because of a small park outside. We continued our stay for two more days without the slightest doubt. Tried to extend it even more but it was already fully booked by that time by someone else. No wonder.

It is available anyway. To put it short, it is a wonderful budget property to rent. It is surprisingly good in all possible aspects. Incredibly well designed, very well maintained, very clean, very well equipped. Great location away from noise but sill in 5-10 minutes walk from all the major bus line stops and the subway station. Regular cleaning during long stays. And the cleaning is no less perfect than the studio itself. Special thanks to the cleaning lady! To put it short, it is probably one of the best experiences out of many dozens of our stays in budget booking.com properties in Thessaloniki and Volos. Will definitely rent again if available.
