OK stay for one night

A bit colder inside the apartment - end of December is probably challenging for Thessaloniki apartments.

Excellent

Clean, comfortable, warm.... The apartment has literally everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is a little far from the center, but in its immediate vicinity there are bus stops and buses that will take you to the city center in no time. There is parking in front of the building, on the street, free of charge, we had no problem finding a place.

The best place to stay in Thessaloniki

I had a wonderful stay at Epan Luxury Apartments in Thessaloniki! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — exactly like in the photos. The location is perfect, close to shops, cafes, and public transport, but still quiet enough to relax. The staff were amazing – super kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Check-in was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the stay. If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in Thessaloniki, I highly recommend Epan Luxury Hotel. Great value for money and an overall fantastic experience! In the same street there is a police station so you dont have to worry about the safety. Also, we found parking very easy every time.

A very nice stay for transit

The apartment was very spacious and had a large terrace. Everything was clean and the facilities were good.

Parking in the area was a challenge, there are only free side spaces and they were all occupied and we parked somewhere 15 minutes from the location.

Good choice for spending one night.

The beds were very cozy, with excellent mattresses and pillows. We slept very well. Good sized apartment, nicely decorated and equipped.

The area nereby is not that nice, however, the fact that the property is located near a police station is comforting.

Good apartment if you're not tall

Very spacious, big rooms, big kitchen, easy to access, building has an elevator. While the location isn't great - it's also not bad - close to the central bus and train stations and a walking distance from all the main attractions i.e Aristotle Square is ~20-25 minutes by foot. Has grocery shops nearby.

The bathroom ceiling is very low - I'm 1.84 and I had to bend my knees to wash my head - this apartment is not for tall people. I found the beds to be a little too stiff for me but I slept OK overall. Missing some basic kitchen stuff like cereal bowls or oil to be able to cook.

Excellent and comfortable stay, appartment designed with a good taste.

Excellent appartement, big, new, clean, stylish, well equiped with everything that we needed. It was even much better than on the pictures. The appartment is near the police station, so it is placed in safe area and was easy to find free parking there. There is also a discount market nearby, so it was a big plus. The host is very responsive and gave us clear and detailed instructions for everything that we needed. If I go to Thessaloniki again I will book the same appartment.

Everything was ok. We stayed the second time this year at this location. We stop for a day in Thessaloniki before going further into Greece. The location is safe, near a police station. There's even a real good greek fast food restaurant around (Gyroplatanos).

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, the check in is easy and there was a nice compliment from the host - coffee capsules. There is a free parking around the building but it 's a little bit difficult to find a free spot.

The location is a little bit far from the city center, around 30 minutes away by foot. The neighbors are noisy.

Be careful about parking

Apartment was well done inside. Had a problem with the internet but owner came down and sorted it straight away. 15-20 mins walk into centre taxi back at night was only 5e.

Building is located in a dirty area of town. Not the best building but the apartment was nice when you get in the door. No shower head hook! Parking is free around the building IF you can find one!! We had to park a few minutes away not what I wanted when I looked for something with parking included. Bedroom a little small.

The room was very good, clean and conformtable.

What I didn't like is that in the ad at booking.com there was written "Parking" but it turned out that the parking is actual street. I mean, there is no any special parking spot or place where to leave the car but just what you can find on the streed around the property.
