Unhealthy mouldy smell throughout

Beware, the property has a mouldy smell throughout, the worst of it in the kitchen, coming through as you open the kitchen cupboards. There was also leftover food from previous travellers, half opened food without expiry dates, really unhygienic.

Cosy

Very nice and spacious appartment with almost anything you need inside. Close to the city center, supermarkets and transportation facilities.

A microwave oven would have been nice.

Very good

The apartment is on the great location, with a great terrace. It is small but has a lot to offer.

The smell comming from the bathrom and water pressure isue is common in the whole Greece so we can not say that that is any minus, but be propered for that anywhere you go. We had a problem with the coffee pot beacuse it is crooked, that was a big issue for as, also apartment does not have a pan; Secondly if you have a tick hair, wether is summer or not, you need to dry it, witch I was not able to do because the hair dryer is old.

Amazing location, well-connected to airport and Aris is an amazing host!

The host was amazing, I arrived around 9.30pm and he was there to give me the keys, and provide all the information and he was always responding if I needed something. The place was clean and with all the basic things that you need for a short staying. Also, the place is a few steps from the airport bus station!

It's what you see is what you get, and more. Walking distance to Ladadika and commercial center of the city. Very clean rooms, kitchen, bathroom. Modern design and a lot of gadgets necessary for everyday living, such as toaster, spare bulbs, garbage bags, etc.

Very central. good location for tours, roaming city and nightlife. owner was very easy going and helpful. would look to stay here again when I return. Nice little balcony to sit and watch the locals go about daily business and for a night cap.

It was perfect! It is a little apartment for two people, with one big room where you have a bed, tv and kitchen. Bed is confortable, kitchen fully equiped, you have everithing you need. The owner is very nice and frendly, location perfect! We will come again for sure! :)

Cozy and nice apartment in Thessaloniki City center - would definitely recommend!

Great apartment with perfect location if you want to stay close to the city center. Host was super friendly and he was able to be there on short notice to hand over keys. Apartment has 2 bedrooms and one living room with couch and TV, well equipped kitchen with a separate dining room and 2 separate sunny balconies. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and some supermarkets close by. Parking directly in front of the house is a challenge but 5mins from the house towards the main railway station you'll find a lot of cheap parking lots and even free parking spaces.

Big street in front is pretty audible but windows isolate well. However, if you are looking for a super quiet place this one might not be for you. WiFi is unfortunately not good enough to support video calls / remote working.

Convenient location. Plenty of amenities in the apartment. Clean, comfortable. The landlord did his best to accommodate our late departure time.

The only negative comment regards the entrance and staircase of the apartment building, which are much in need of renovation. The apartment itself is in excellent condition.

Viel Raum und schön eingerichtet – die Unterkunft überzeugt mit ihrer großzügigen Aufteilung und geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und findet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

Leider liegt die Unterkunft an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, was es zeitweise recht laut macht.
