Definitely not Luxury

The place reeked of cigarette smoke the moment I arrived. The guests next door were constantly smoking inside their unit, and the smell kept pouring into my studio from both the balcony and the hallway. There was nasty mold in the bathroom, the shower head was broken, and the water pressure was so low that taking a shower was almost impossible. The bathroom fan didn’t work and made a horrible squeaking noise like a dying cat. The drain in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn’t let the water out. The balcony door and windows were so poorly built that they did nothing to block the street noise—it was nearly impossible to sleep. When I complained, the property just sent me an AI-generated apology letter, with no offer of a discount or refund. The price for this place is definitely not worth it. All my clothes are going to be dry-cleaned to get rid of the smell

Nice ammenities, relatively good location, large balcony. A comfortable space to have as a base or relax

Difficult to find, the building has no sign indicating it is luxury suites and I was quite lost for a good half an hour before working it out. Sound also travelled very easily through the building and my neighbour was playing quite loud music and I struggled to sleep.

clean and the colors of it

no window in the bathroom, the staff didn't come to clean and we had to call to get toilet paper and new towels, there is no reception so we had to leave the keys on the table and to enter we just recieved a message with the combination of the lock. The cuttery was the bare minimum so we had difficulties cooking with what we had.

Πολύ βρωμιά στο δωμάτιο. Παντού το μπάνιο και το κρεβάτι γύρω βρώμικα! Κρύο δωμάτιο δεν είχε μια κουβέρτα να σκεπαστουμε! Και το air condition ήταν σπασμένο.

Παγωμένο δωμάτιο. "Πολυτέλεια" χωρίς θέρμανση.

Η προσπαθεια της εταιρίας που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμα (μείναμε στο 5) να εξηγήσει τα ανεξήγητα.

Έχοντας μείνει σε άλλα δύο διαφορετικά διαμερίσματα της ίδιας οικοδομής, με πιο ζεστό καιρό, επιλεξαμε να μείνουμε και πάλι εδώ. Αυτή τη φορα στο δωμάτιο 5. Απογοητευτηκαμε, τα μαζέψαμε και φύγαμε χωρίς να μείνουμε το βράδυ. Ο χώρος είναι παγωμένος. Ενα μικρό κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι μόνο, το οποίο δεν ζεσταίνει ούτε το ίδιο το σαλόνι. Όταν μπήκαμε στον χώρο η εσωτερική και η εξωτερική θερμοκρασία ήταν η ίδια. Λίγο κάτω από τους 10 βαθμούς. Το μπάνιο παγωμένο, δεν αντέχεις ούτε λεπτό μέσα. Μετά από 5 ώρες λειτουργίας του κλιματιστικου αποφασίσαμε να φύγουμε, γνωρίζοντας ότι και τα άλλα καταλύματα (σε περίπτωση αλλαγής) έχουν απλά κλιματιστικό και είναι ήδη παγωμένα. Στείλαμε μήνυμα στο κατάλυμα μετά την αποχώρηση μας και η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν είχαν κάποια ενημέρωση για το θέμα της θέρμανσης. Μεγάλο ψέμα, γιατί διαβάζοντας τα πρόσφατα σχόλια και τις αξιολογήσεις, διαπιστώσαμε ότι και άλλοι ένοικοι έγραψαν τα ίδια ακριβώς πράγματα πριν από μας, άρα κανένας από τους διαχειριστές δεν τα έλαβε υπόψη του. Κρίμα που δεν τα είχαμε διαβάσει κι εμείς νωρίτερα. Δε θα αναφερθώ στα παπλώματα που φαίνονταν πρόχειρα μαζεμένα και με λεκέδες... Για κανένα λόγο δε θα επιλέξουμε κατάλυμα της αλυσίδας αυτής, που μόνο luxury δεν είναι τελικά, όπως αναφέρει και το όνομα της. Η θέρμανση είναι ανάγκη, όχι πολυτέλεια.

Limpieza y ubicación. Equipamiento de la cocina en buen estado. Varios supermercados en las inmediaciones. En general Tesalónica cuenta con muchísimos comercios de todo tipo. Al comunicarse mediante el sistema de mensajes de Booking.com responden poco después.

Pocas horas antes de llegar recibí un mensaje con indicaciones para recoger las llaves. El apartamento estaba en un bloque de viviendas y no hay servicio de recepción en el edificio, aunque en la web parecía que sí. Hay que comunicarse mediante el sistema de mensajes de Booking.com y responden poco después. Tampoco hay servicio de limpieza, nadie acude durante la estancia (en mi caso 7 días). Pedí toallas de repuesto y papel higiénico y me trajeron todo al día siguiente sin problemas. Tengan en cuenta que no hay lavadora. Hay poca lencería de hogar: la cama solamente estaba vestida con una sábana bajera y las almohadas. En un hueco a modo de armario había un edredón con su funda nórdica y una colcha, pero ninguna sábana encimera. En la cocina faltaba por lo menos un trapo y una bayeta. Tampoco había cucharillas pequeñas, las considero imprescindibles para el desayuno. El espacio que sirve como mesa para comer solamente tiene espacio para una persona El apartamento estaba muy limpio, salvo la funda del sofá. En el baño, el lavabo necesita que se cambie el filtro del grifo, pues apenas salía agua debido al exceso de cal.

Πολύ όμορφο και μεγάλο δωμάτιο. Πολύ άνετο όσων αφορά κρεββάτι και καθίσματα.

Δεν υπήρχε επαρκής θέρμανση κυριολεκτικά πάγωσα. Ενώ οι κουβέρτες έδειχναν απλώς να έχουν μαζευτεί μετά τον προηγούμενο επισκέπτη. Δεν υπήρχε σεντόνι για ενδιάμεσα οπότε το πρωί έκανα μπάνιο παρά το φοβερό κρύο.
