Terrifying

I am Israeli, and this is clearly mentioned in my profile. The apartment is located directly across from the headquarters of Golden Dawn, where gatherings take place weekly. My wife and I were supposed to stay for four nights, but due to the location, we decided to leave immediately. We requested a refund or partial refund, which was declined. Instead, we were offered a voucher to return and stay again, which we will certainly not use. The apartment itself was clean, however the building and surrounding area are very dirty. The listing mentions a sea view, but in reality the view is extremely limited.

Nice and comfortable apartment for traveller to Iriklion

It was located on the ground floor on a residential/shop area, so we dont have to carry our heavy luggage up, that itself is a big bonus. The apartment is well-furnished and clean. Behind there is an enclosed area with outdoor table and chairs - good for breakfast. Also you can dry your laundry there. Lastly but not least - one of the biggest Open-air bazaar in Iriklion is just 5-10mins walking distant away.

Not so nice

Location was ok, not a nice aria, but quite close from the city center, around 10min walking. The studio was clean and comfortable.

I wouldn't call this a see view apartmant, since you can catch a bit of see in a distance. And it was impossible to go out on a balcony since there were some construction works below the building and the surraunding aria. So it was impossible even to open the balkony door for the fresh air because of the dust and canalization smell the first two nights. On saturday morning, 7am, workers started to break concrete below the building, and we couldn't sleep. The next two days were still noisy, but not so much. In the toilet, the shower was quite broken but somehow usable. It wasn't the most pleasant stay, I informed Dimitris, who just apologized.

Fantastic, cozy place with everything you need

This place was perfect - everything was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the host was kind and helpful. We loved the building's security, free parking, and close proximity to the city centre. The kitchen's fully equipped. Overall, we highly recommend it and would stay there again. The photos and description are 100% accurate.

Traffic noise can be loud at night, but it won't bother you if you spend all day sightseeing. We still managed to sleep well.

Superb

We had a beautiful time in Thessaloniki and staying in this apartment contributed to that. The bed was super comfortable, the place was clean, bright and well equipped, perfect for a couple.

The floor was a bit cold, so I would recommend bringing your own slippers.. ;)

Very clean and comfortable, big balcony and kitchen with everthing you need. There is a huge and free parking area in front of the apartment, 10 münutes walk to the city center. Dimitris was very helpful about everyting.

The location is only 10-15 minutes walk from the touristic Thessaloniki center The room is renovated, the mattress is the best I've ever slept Communication was good and Dimitris was flexible with checkout hours. Value for money is great

I advice Dimitris to provide 2 sets of keys for a couple, because only one set limited our plans

The apartment is easy to find and very kind host welcomes you and gives you all the necessary informations. There are free parking places all around and it is very easy to find a place especially in the afternoon and evening. At first glance, the neighborhood may look bleak and unsafe but not at all, in fact it is very quiet except for a nearby Stathmou street which is quite busy... The accommodation is very clean and nicely decorated.Maybe it s small but provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Best of all, you need a 5 minutes of easy walk to the beginning of the strand, 10 minutes to Aristoteles Square and about 20 minutes to White Tower.

Maybe a sea view...
