As expected

The location was exactly as described—central, convenient, and within walking distance of key attractions. It wasn’t extraordinary, but it delivered what was promised, which is always appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped. However, I did miss having a morning coffee. I knew beforehand that there was no coffee machine, but it still felt like a small luxury that could have elevated the experience. A simple coffee machine would go a long way for future guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If you're looking for a no-frills, well-located base in Thessaloniki, this is a solid choice. Just bring your own caffeine fix!

We did see some ants in the apartment and a small package of instant coffee or a small bottle of water in the fridge waiting for you in an apartment would be nice.

Central but not luxury

Very central location and friendly, helpful staff. Our review is only mediocre because of the room itself.

The rooms advertised are the newest, renovated units. Unfortunately, ours did not look like that at all… The pictures are misleading. Also, the elevator got stuck with us in it, that was a little bit of a scary experience.

Not worth the price

The check in instructions were clear and it was quick. Good location.

Not enough space for three adults, the third sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The toilet's ventilation was broken, and the shower had poor water pressure. The listing said "penthouse," but it was far from one, the balcony was small and lacked privacy, being enclosed by a transparent fence on both sides.

We stayed at Penthouse Apartments, The Luxury Suites for 3 nights in Thessaloniki and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the waterfront, Aristotelous Square, shops, restaurants, and major sights. The apartment was spotless. The bedding was clean, fresh, and fragrant, and the bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. We needed an iron during our stay, and they delivered it to our door in under 5 minutes. Communication was flawless — we received detailed instructions well before arrival, including everything from the exact location to step-by-step entry instructions. They also helped us with parking, recommending nearby free street parking as well as the best paid garages in the area. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

The only minor downside was the lack of a table on the balcony, but we managed and it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Leisure stay in Thesalloniki

The size of the apartment, fact that there was a terrace, big shower area, separate bed and the overall cleanliness. It was cool that the Luxury Suits have an office, so you can actually reach out if you need anything. The general location is good. And also I like the vending machine on the ground floor, with just about everything you'll need to snack or drink.

Facilities are worn out. (Sofa's sponge lost elasticity, table chairs are woobly, one of those cord chairs on the terrace is missing some cords, making it uncomfortable to sit). No coffee spoons (had to make coffee with a big spoon). In some other places, we'd get at least a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge and coffee (would it be Greek or espresso)

Comfortable, easy and very convenient

Great balcony, great kitchen and big spaces. Company clearly takes pride in upkeep of these apartments and as a very frequent traveler I can say this is the best brand of apartments in Thessaloniki

Great location, but with serious oversights.

The location was great, lots of things to do nearby and a walkable distance away from the city centre.

Although the room was clean, it was clear that it was superficial. There were marks on the walls and on the bathroom door from previous guests, the bedside table was chipped, and there was an opened bag of bread in a kitchen drawer left over from a previous guest. Plus, it looked as if it was haphazardly painted. Moreover, there weren’t any mattress protectors on the bed, and the sheet was not fitted, leaving the mattress exposed, which was not the best hygiene-wise. Overall, for its price and for how it’s marketed, it could have been a lot better.

Affordable and comfortable for long term stay

The location, the balcony, the commodities and the reception. Parking is tricky, but after you find a spot you can walk literally everywhere.

I didn’t like the lack of a washing machine or a laundry service for people staying for over a week. Cleanliness could take some improvement.

Easy directions; good communication with management; reception area for check-in/questions. Everything inside the apartment looked nice, new, and clean except for the couch. Fully equipped kitchen but not many plates, glasses and utensils. The property is close to the old part of the city with many restaurants and bars around. A/c worked well. Wifi was not perfect but more or less ok. Staff were kind and responded to our needs.

The major issue was the noise in the morning either from the construction site next to the building, which started at 7am, or from the hallway outside in the common area. Also, there were no blackout curtains and this was a problem especially in the bedroom. Bed was not very comfortable and there were no extra pillows. Couch did not look very clean and had a cigarette hole. View from the balcony was not appealing at all. Overall, we did not find it a good value.

The apartment was nice and clean. Well equiped. Self check in. A couple of parking garages around, but only one has parking overnight service.

As the apartment was on the last floor it was a bit hot once we entered but AC did a great job and made a nice cool temperature very quickly. Everything was good no complaints.

Good for a short break out

The apartment layout and size. Location is good because you can walk for 15 minutes to reach the city center .

The apartment itself is quite nice, but the details are ignored, for example you don't have absolutely nothing in the bathroom to hang on the towels or to put your personal belongings, the bed is basic, no headboard and mattress and plillows are too hard and even you have a nice size balcony you do not have a small table and also the view from the balcony is very ugly and disappointing .
