Very moderate and luxury
Its unbelievable that in a such big area there is only one 9000 btu air condition unit in a corner
The flat needs at least two more units

Communication with the host and support team was excellent—fast and very helpful. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, with everything easily accessible, even when traveling with a small child. The balcony was a big plus, ideal for enjoying the pleasant atmosphere in the evenings.
Nothing to highlight negatively—everything was at the highest level.

There was plenty of hot water for the hot tub (give it plenty of time to fill) and the shower after. The TV was big and had Netflix and other apps. It was quiet and spacious for the 2 of us. Wonderful time there!
There were no hot pads to take food out of the oven. I also wish there was a hook or bar to hang a big towel inside the bathroom.
