Excellent stay – clean, spacious & great hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Thess Residence. The apartment was extremely clean, very spacious, and well designed, with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the amenities we needed, plus some very nice complimentary touches. Despite being in Thessaloniki, the place was very quiet, which made our stay even more comfortable. A big advantage is the parking they offer, which is always a plus in the city. The breakfast was very decent and enjoyable. Special thanks to Eleni, the manager, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely choose Thess Residence again and highly recommend it.

Expensive for what's offered.

The neighbourhood is great and close to the city center. The room is spacious and super clean. The staff is also very polite.

The price increase since the last time I visited. Also it's utterly misguiding to claim that you have a private parking. There is only one hotel parking space which most of the times is vacant and it's on the street close to the hotel. Another 20€ are required to park your car throughout the night in an open air parking with no security.

Another great stay at Thess Residences.

Everything - the room, location, amenities and cleanliness. The team is very friendly, helpful and efficient, and handles each request swiftly, via Booking or in person. Location is in a quiet neighbourhood but is really close to the city center and the sea front. This was our third time staying in Thess Residences and we will be back again soon :)

Modern design of the rooms. Really big rooms. A lot of money invested from the hotel owner. Excellent support(the owner helped me numerous times with unpredicted date changes).

Visiting Thessaloniki

The location is fine - not totally centrally located, but once gets the bearings, it is easy to move around on foot, bus or even metro. Google Maps works well for the public transportation. The overall facility is nice and well organised. Large breakfast area and a gym and a laundry room to wash clothing if needed. The small apartment including the kitchen is of a nice size (talking of room #6). Bathroom is spacious. 2 TV sets with Netlfix and more available. TV channels are limited. Breakfast was fine with sufficient choice although repetitive after a few days.

A few points that could be improved. As often the case everywhere, lack of hangers for the wet towels. Not much available to organise the clothing so most has to remain in the luggage which isn't and easy and comfortable option when staying for many days. In our room, one side of the bed had so little space that there was no room for a small table or so to leave the phone, book or anything else.

It was first hotel, that I was totally satisfied with everything, did not found any minuses ! More important it 100 % value for money! Everything was good! Breakfast -good, location- good, staff - perfect! I can recommend it for you!

Great place to stay

The place is located in the centre of the city. The rooms are clean and very modern. The AC works well and everything is very nicely organised. It was a real pleasure to stay there. I warmly recommend the place. Very good value for money.

Everything was perfect. From the location- to how modern and cozy the studio was - to the extremely kind and helpful receptionist. :) We only stayed one night before taking a flight back home the next day, but would love to return for longer🙌

Good value for money, very good location.

It was a cosy apartment with everything to make it home away from home. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and was very well presented. The staff there were very polite.

The cleaning staff did not change our bedding for 4 nights not clean the floor. They changed towels and restock but they do not understand English when we asked them to change the bedding.

Wonderful stay

Great service, very kind all the personnel! Specially Eleni who helped us when we arrive and gave us recommendations of restaurants to try around the area. Also the place was clean it fitted the description and pictures. I totally recommend all travellers to stay here, we had an issue with another accommodation and we booked last minute in ThessResidence, we wanted to stay more days but as we had paid another place and money was not given back we had to go back the next day to our original booking. I wish I had come across ThessResidence before and not booked the other place where we stayed which was horrible... ThessResidence was not just good was perfect, nothing negative I can say about it!

Great staff, all of them were very friendly and welcoming. Location of the property is good and quiet, with some nice tavernas, cafés and restaurants nearby. The internet connection was great.

The room gets stuffy if the windows are closed, so we missed the fresh air a bit as there are no mosquito nets on the windows (stand May 2023). But overall this was a very good stay.

perfect location in Thessaloniki

Thess residences is amazing and it was beyond our expectations! The hotel has a good location, close enough to the centre but on a quiet street. It was perfectly clean and had everything a person could need, including a Nespresso coffee machine. Staff is also super kind and attentive and made us feel welcome. Also the hotel reserved us a parking spot in a private garage for 15 EUR per day and we had full access to the car.

Excellent Stay / Value for Money

The lodge is amazing for both short & long stays. Recepetion and facilities are great, along with the ideal location, since most of the places can be reached on foot. Supermarkets, Pharmacies & Coffee Shops are almost next to the place. Last, I have to add that the receptionist while viewing my ID, noted that the next day of our arrival was my birthday, and by then we received on our room a bottle of wine, with a card with very charming wishes ! This will never be forgotten, thank you & appreciated !
