Antigonidon Apartment Complex

Excellent location, walkable to the city center. Parking just across the street and costs 17€ for an overnight stay (cut off is noon, after this a new charge starts). The apartment is recently renovated and you can tell everything is new. Aircon working really good. There is a coffee machine and free capsules for it, the coffee was really good.

The little things - we came with the kids but the bed for them was not made. Lack of blankets / things for covering we can use for them - only one thick cover that is actually for the large bed. There was a clothes rack with laundry on it outside on the terrace. The laundry basket had towels from the previous occupants - I do have doubts if the sheets on our bed were changed too. Toilet paper was in the form of a roll used up 80% and one spare one we found that was used around 70%. The other thing I have to mention is the rudeness of the staff - they respond very politely on Booking messages, but we had a situation with them when we called via phone. My husband accidentally activated the alarm and it went off, making horrible noise. Yes, this was our mistake (although there is no warning about this, you can see this mentioned in the previous reviews as well). When I called for assistance the person who answered started yelling at me and asking how is it possible that this was done before sending me the video in how to fix it. This is not the way to treat anyone, and especially not when you are in the hospitality industry.

The apartments have a lot of potential: the LOCATION is excellent, the distance from the center, the sea, garages, landmarks is up to a maximum of 15 minutes' walk. In the apartment we were in, everything is new, very nicely and tastefully decorated and thought out, it has all the necessary facilities, dishes and appliances. If there were no minor irregularities, which the owner promptly removed at our request, the rating would have been 10.

Considering that the owner is young, he still needs to work on some things (the air conditioner didn't work for us, but it was solved the next day, in the whole app there is only one waste bin in the toilet, the faucet in the kitchen was not working, but I hope that will be solved, the water drain from the AC leaks on the terrace and that should be solved, there is no ashtray on the terrace, in the remote the steering wheel had no batteries). There are several apps on offer, some facing the street, some facing the back yard. I think it would be fairer to emphasize that during the reservation, so that the guest can decide for himself where he will be
