We arrived earlier than the expected check-in time. Our host still gave us the keys and fixed the room as we went around town. The room is spacious, bed was comfortable. All amenities were there as listed. There's a big parking garage across the boulevard with good prices.
Even though everything was clean, the bathroom still looked old and worn. The internet/wifi was basically not working, we had extremely low speeds the whole time. Unfortunately the convenient location comes with downsides - the boulevard is noisy and they were doing road works on the street right under our window till 3 in the morning. Bad luck, but it soured our experience.

The location is excellent, 1 km from Aristotelous Square and 300m from the bohemian Ladadika district. Parking garage is across the street for 15 euros per day.
The beds are quite bad, you literally fall into them. The bathroom door barely closes. It's a one-room studio, not an apartment.
