Perfect position for the nightlife and very safe at the same time. The flat is very well kept and recently renovated. The bathrooms are good.
Only little issue is that the curtains do not cover the windows fully but it is minor

The property is very well maintained and is in a great location… There are several bar/restaurant in the immediate area and numerous in easy walking distance. Property is kept clean and the owner was easily accessible and helpful for our stay.
Parking is a challenge but it comes with being in a large city.

Super netter Vermieter. Die Lage - inmitten eines sehr lebendigen Viertels mit wunderschönen Kneipen und Cafes, zentral gelegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Fenster waren so gut isoliert, dass man trotzdem sehr gut und leise schlafen konnte. Schräg gegenüber gab es den leckersten Cappuccino sogar mit Hafermilch

Great location, decor is simple, modern, clean and nice
Very noisy - the location is great but the tradeoff is that you can hear all of the street noise and it gets very loud. Bed in larger room is not so comfortable Missing basic toiletries in shower like soap, shampoo etc.
