Bad experience with Nilie Hospitality

The worst experience ever. I will never trust again Booking.com. I will never find a place to stay from Booking.com.

I didn't like that I paid in advanced out of Booking.com and then I saw the "kind of Deluxe" room. Too late to take back my money. Booking.com is presenting a room or a fake room without checking the collaborator if he/she gives what I see on fake pictures etc... The administrators cheat on every client. You know what is going on from others comments and still presenting Nilie Hospitality rooms. Too bad for you too. Of course this does not end here. My Lawyer is going to sue both Booking and Nilie.

Nice apartment very central and comfortable

Nice appartment, great location.

Difficult about leaving entry instructions, but once they did, the instructions were clear and easy. It would be nice to have a bottle of water and coffee just to make it easy on late comers.

Very good!

Great apartment, easy self check-in. Large rooms, comfortable and clean. There are good options for food and coffee nearby. Location is central with shops and Ladadika district and the church of St. Demetrius within 12 min walking distance. Parking is theoretically possible on the street. Practically there is a great parking problem all across town. Just have some patience and you’ll find a spot. Some parking spots are free and some can be paid by scanning the QR code. You ca even pay in advance (we arrived Sunday when parking is free, and we could pay for Monday morning without any hassle. Great stay. Nice city!

P30/2 unit could use some reparation in order to be higly recommended due to its excellent location.

Excellent location, close to main attractions, easilly accessible by bus from the airport and on foot after sightseeing. P30/2 Unit was clean.

The shower door and the drain cover missing, the shower leaking, TV was about to fall down from the wall, head side of the bed was very loose and tilted towards pillows, the fridge was missing a leg.

We arrived to check in at 3pm and they made us wait 1hour on the side of the road with our luggage. When we got into the room it wasn't very clean, the floor has not been vacuumed or mopped. There was hair from the previous guests everywhere. The shower drain was so blocked the water wouldn't go down. Just overall cleanliness was extremely lacking and disappointing

I would recommend to put some shelves in the shower, so that shampoos can be easily reached, everything else was fine.

The location and the space inside was nice .

The apartment wasn’t clean at all. So Dirty everything that was disgusting. The bed with dirty sheets even with blood stains the floor the kitchen the bathroom all dirty .I will not ever visit it. they refund me for one day and they apologised for a human mistake. this is ridiculous!

The apartment itself isn’t bad, the customer service however is terrible.

Clean and comfortable for a 1-2 night stay.

After a day of traveling, you expect to be able to get into the apartment you’ve booked and rest. Instead, I was given the wrong information on how to collect the key and find our apartment, so I needed to stay outside for an hour trying to find internet and wait for a reply from the host. They did not reply, so instead I needed to call their direct line and rack-up a very hefty amount of phone bills due to the fact that it’s an international call. My struggle didn’t stop at one call though, as the customer support they have kept insisting that I didn’t know how to open the keylock, until 4-5 calls further and being left on hold multiple times, until they finally admitted they’d given me the wrong information all along. By the time we got into our apartment we were too tired and frustrated to enjoy our trip there. Oh, and they didn’t bother to apologize about this entire headache.

No extra pillows, could have had a full size mirror, didn’t pick up the wifi network that was written for us ( didn’t contact the owner, wasn’t important us to have it, so can’t tell if it existed or not).

Let down by details

I like the modern design, value, the good location, comfortable bed.

First of all I didn’t like that the tv was not in-front of the bed but it was in-front of the couch . Second we were cold and we tried to take the spare duvet and it had yellow stamps on it it was so dirty , the air condition controller we couldn’t find it anywhere I contacted the owner and he didn’t help me he said it’s there . Third the owner called me , I don’t understand the reason he called me because nowhere they said that we can’t let our key to the key vault that we found it , they had 2 key vaults for 3 apartments , they could just put 1 more and there would be no problem . also the most disappointing thing was the internet we lost connection all the time we didn’t have good internet at all and we used our mobile data. In bathroom and shower no shelves or something on what you can put your staff or towels during shower. Also no carpet in front of door or special place for shoes and you bring all dirt inside the apartment.

Good

The room was recently renovated, spaceous and well decorated. The balcony was amazing, and the room was very central. The neibourhood was amazing, central and good. And the room looks exactly like the pictures.

I would have appreciated some furniture in the balcony, and some details to be more thought of, par example there was one roll of paper for 4 nights and the sink was broken.
