Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone traveling to Thessaloniki, would stay far away, especially if you have young fam

Not much to like really, the room upon entry smelt like a smoking lounge even though it had no smoking signs.

The place wasn’t clean, and looks like it hadn’t been clean for a long time, with the existence of multiple spider webs and dust on the floors, especially with the bathroom ceiling looking to have water damage or even possibly mold

First of all, the building and the entrance are very hidden and hard to find. The building itself is creepy and scary, and there were suspicious people hanging around. We felt very scared in the evenings when we went out. On one of the floors there is a nightclub with very loud music. The entrance smells bad, and the elevator to the 5th floor was not working. The apartment is tucked away and does not smell pleasant. The heating is provided by some old portable heaters that were full of dust and smelled bad. The walls were peeling due to moisture, the toilet was very small and there was no hot water — the water heater has to be turned on directly from the electrical fuse box. The beds were uncomfortable. Overall, it is not worth visiting at all, especially not for the price we paid. It is overpriced and we are extremely dissatisfied.

It was almost like the pictures in booking

The bed had only 2 pillows one good and the other not so much . The don’t tell you in which floor until you pay. The elevator itself is so scary. It has no door we had to get up and down by stairs, seven floors up seven down .

Last-minute booking with a quick response, but the room was very disappointing compared to the photos.

It was a last minute booking, and they replied very prompt.

We were disappointed by how the room looked in reality. In the photos, it is presented as a luxury room, but in reality, it was just mediocre. There was no attention to detail. In the photos, the bed is shown arranged with four pillows and covers. In reality, there were only two mismatched pillows and no sheet to cover ourselves with. When we asked, we were told to find one in the wardrobe. Additionally, the walls were dirty. For the price we paid, it didn’t make sense. If the price had been lower, we wouldn’t have complained about this.

Nice and clean. We where in transit and didnt had time to explore much but the area looked nice.. Was grate we could check in after midnight.

The apartment is close to the center. It was spacious and equipped with basic things.

The apartment was not clean at all. The sheets were used and there were breadcrumbs all over the place. Many things were cheap and basic. The word "luxury" is a joke.

GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY & RIGHT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE GEOGRAPHICALLY IN THESSALONIKI.

THE APARTMENT WAS WONDERFULY LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF ALL THINGS TO DO IN THESSALONIKI. IT WAS ALSO NEWLY RENOVATED AND HAD ALL THE MODERN NECESSITIES. IT IS A RAREITY AMONG GREEK BUILDINGS IN THAT IT HAS A MULTIPLE ELEVATOR BAY WHICH IS SUPER CONVENIENT.

THE UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS COULD BE HEARD ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THEY HAVE KIDS CONSTANTLY RUNNING AROUND. WE WERE MOSTLY OUT DURING DAYTIME HOURS BUT A BIT OF A BUMMER IF YOU WANT AN AFTERNOON NAP. EAR PLUGS WILL DEFINITELY HELP. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS A BIT RUN DOWN BUT NOT A SLUM BY ANY STRETCH.

-Little hidden location behind buildings .. - Lots of unnecessary questions to get invoice If you a milk you get a receipt.. but .. unnecessary botheration. Should be automatic after charging the CC..! -No complementary smal salt/peppar holder/grinders -No complimentary coffee maker/capsules ( standard in many AirBnB properties. -Few cutlery, plates etc if you are a family..! -No kitchen towel or bathroom floor towel - Bed-lines are seldom changed if you don't ask for it... extra charge - Slow in response to what's app messaging -No international TV channels in english - No view - just dull wall from all windows..

Only positive thing about this stay was the location of apartment . Even though they don't have parking , so you have to pay extra 15e for it .

Overall the building in which the apartments are , are at least 50 years old . Photos on booking are way too glamurous for the real thing. King size bed is 140cm wide so we were sleeping crumped . Overall for that kind of money i've stayed at a lot better places in Thessaloniki .

Terrible and fake everything!

Everything is terrible. The adress is fake. It is only 1 bathroom for 2 bedroom. Everything is broken. They dont ask me in the messages and in the phone number. I pay 300€ for nothing because I dont stay more than 3 minutes.

It was fine overall

Location is nice, rooms with good size too. Would be a lot better if small maintenance was done.

The balcony door was not closing properly, so if you go outside to smoke, it will likely go inside and in fact when we arrived it had a strong smell of smoke. The shower is leaking outside of the box when you use it. The lights of the TV panel and the floor light have issues. Would be nice if the Netflix was in English rather than Turkish.

Good location, parking below the building (15€/24h). You can find bakeries, coffee shops and markets in close vicinity of apartment. Enough space for family with one kid.
