It is just okay for a short stay of the amenities do not matter. Its location is perfect.

The location is very good, and the apartment is quite modern.

It’s been poorly built together, the shower, kitchen table, sink, couch, etc. had either some damages or were made of poor material. The apartment building is just terrible. The apartment was located on the 6th floor and we couldn’t use the elevator.

The main door of the whole building was open all day and the second night there were someone (maybe homeless) that was sleeping on the floor at the mezzanine.

A fake luxurious studio

For that asking price, it was a terrible choice. The room had insects, no hand soap, no amenities such as Coffee maker, iron, etc. No bed linen to use for the couch-bed as we were two friends. Also for the hot water you have to do a whole process for your shower. There was no place to hang even a towel. During my stay, I asked the company to take action for the issues but in the end no one cared. Lastly; the elevator has been stacked two times. The one, I was inside, and we were two as mentioned.

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY FOR YOUR MIND HEALTH!

NOTHING! A complete zero!

It is like a bird cage. No light, no sunlight! Do not call the hotel cuz no one will respond you. Messages, calls.. there is absolutely noone to help you. I requested a baby bed, they asked me to pay additional 15€ and there was no bed! I called them at 18.00 and they told me they will help me tomorrow ahaha NEVER GO THERE!

Avoiding Nillie on my next trip

Amenities, the listing shows 1 bedrooms but it’s actually a studio, they started doing construction work on a Sunday in the next room before 9am using a drill!

Very good price and location.

It was very near the center of the city. We liked the bathroom that was big and the bed was comfortable.

There was far too much noise coming from the bathroom ventilation, specifically annoying in the morning when you wake up. Also the main table was not standing and it was hard to eat on it and the shower doors I think they were missing. Due to this the bathroom floor was always getting wet.

disaster

We had a delay in our flight and arrived at 2 am. We stayed one hour outside as the key box couldn't open, and no one from booking.com or the host for this apartment was answering our calls and online requests. After an hour, we had to walk to find another hotel. We had to pay an extra 80e. The other morning we managed to get through, and the code on the box was reset - we managed to get in, but we never got our refund for the 1st night.

The house is in a good position, with air conditioning and a huge bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good communication with the host and easy self check-in.

Poor soundproofing, the room overlooked the main road. Lift malfunctioning and clogged shower drain, promptly reported but fixed after our departure.

You get what you pay for

Location was great, close walk everywhere, bed was comfortable for a night or 2 it was okay

The bathroom smells unpleasantly and there are white stains on the wood under the shower, it was complicated to turn on hot water and then you have to wait 15 minutes. If you have TV in the apartment maybe make sure that tv control is working, because that was impossible to deal with only one bowl for 2 people. Lift to the apartment was terrifying

- great location - apartment is freshly built/restored - clean overall

- instead of 32m big apartments with a view and sofa bed, we ve got small 20-25 m apartments (first floor, apartments Ne.5) without view and sofa - the staff is not responsive and shady - apartments has partial kitchen supplies (no cups, no pan to cook)

Not worth it.

The locations pretty central.

We asked if they could put a carton of milk in the fridge for us (that wed pay for) twice. They ignored me twice. There was a convenience store thats oen 24/7 next door to the fla. They didnt bother to message to tell me. We entered and the room smelt really weird. The only way to close the main door that leads to all the flats doesnt close unless you lock it. There were brown stains on one towel and the extra pillow. We received a message that said that the room will be cleaned on the 4th day but if we wanted something to give them 24 hours notice. We asked for new towels and clean extra pillows on the second day. No one showed up on the 3rd day, oe the 4th day. The shades dont go down the whole way, the day light woke us up early. There is no sound proofing and i could hear the neighbours conversations clearly

The worst apartment ever

Nothing

Everything. The apartment wasn't clean. We found one glass in the sink. The bathroom was very dirty and the walls. In the chair we found crumbs. Τhe floor was full of dust.

Location was good, the room was beautiful and comfy but there was a problem with the electricity and it was cutting off. A floor in the building is under construction, so it gets super noisy from 8a.m.

Pleasant

It's a typical studio with all the amenities, it was fast reliable and cheap.

The cleanliness was below average, the bathroom was clean and sanitazed. But we found next to the bed on the floor a condom wrap , a t shirt and when we opened the window we saw a water bottle full of smoked cigarettes. These made us kinda unsure of the overall cleanliness
