Daha fazla verecek puan olsa verebilirdim. Apartman Selanik'in göbeğinde. Cafe'ler, tavernalar, Kordon, Atatürk müzesi heryere o kadar yakınki. Ev pırıl pırıl. Birçok eşyayı sanki hiç kullanılmamış zannettik. Yataklar rahat. Biz 4 kişilik bir aile olarak konakladık. Çok rahat ettik. Bir daha gelsem başka ev aramam.
Ne aradıysam buldum, dolayısıyla eksik ya da sevmediğim birşey yok.

Central location, full of bars and restaurants, but still soundproof enough for a comfortable stay without excessive noise at night. Whichever direction we wanted to go was a maximum of 20 minutes walk.
The host was kind and let us check in a little earlier than expected. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short or longer stay in the city.
Minor repairs are needed: attach hooks to the wall for hanging coats and jackets, and screw in the handle on the bathroom door in the hallway.

Very nice, clean apartment, with huge TV and very nice balcony (great if the weather and temperature allows).
Everything in good working conditions.

When you are on holidays you don't want to be waken up at 8 AM in jackhammer noises.
There is a serious construction site in the building. Looked like there was a major renovation work on the apartments on the next entrance.
At 8 AM we were brutally waken up by terrible noise and vibration. The initial thought was that the work was being done just above us. This is how bad the vibration was.
Also, the hot water is very limited. There is an electric boiler which must be turned on at least 10-15 minutes before you use it. The instructions are to switch it off before getting in the shower but if there are 4 persons needing to wash, it must be turned on again between persons.
Also, the heating is done via the AC units. In February, when we went, it was cold. The AC units do manage to heat up the apartment but they are noisy. When switched off, it gets cold quickly.
