The location was very favorable and the details that Nikos sent me before checking in helped me with many detailed suggestions for every need, I felt as if I had lived in that city for years with the information he sent me and the location of the apartment. A very good base to explore the city.

Everything was great. Very clean, looks new. I would stay there again.

The location is a bit noisy - lots of construction work going on outside, and sometimes late night revellers. But this is nothing to do with the property itself. They thoughtfully supplied earplugs.

The location is amazing, just by Aristotles square, Ladadika and the coast. The bed and room were very comfortable in general. Toiletries and tea & coffee were provided. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

its a very good place definatelly will be my first choice when I will go back to Thessaloniki

Communication with the team was easy and smooth and same was the check in. You have your privacy and safety in the same time. The location is great you are in the centre of the city and right in front of you is Ladadika where the night life is but also the the taxi station and the bus station.

Noise from the street comes through but not from other rooms which is good.

Modern, clean room. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very central location.

The building foyer is a big turn off. Broken floor tiles, dirty and smells awful. Not a very welcoming space. Being in the Ladadika district, very noisy at night.

amazing room but the nightlife could keep you up at night

nice room, good amount of space, very comfortable bed and GREAT PILLOWS! A/C was of good quality and they even gave us two free waters and a lil snack

hotel is located above a very bust street and at night it gets crazy until like 4-5 AM every night( we stayed over weekend) also shower flooded the bathroom floor

Nice choice to stay in Thessaloniki center

Great space! Good location, right in the center, you can do everything by foot. The apartment is super spacious, new, clean, well decorated and has everything essential for a comfortable stay. Kitchen supplies were new and very organized. Host is kind, polite and available. Totally recommend!

Nothing bad about the apartment. We came by car and received all the instructions to park around. Parking can be a bit difficult in Thessaloniki, so it’s good to be prepared and arrive before night when most of the cheap parking garages are closed.

Το κατάλυμμα είναι πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο και σε αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο, εντός της περιοχής των Λαδάδικων. Οι παροχές ήταν πολύ καλές, αν και είχε ορισμένα θεματάκια. Η θέρμανση του δωματίου προγραμματιζόταν ανάλογα για 30,60 και 90 λεπτά αντίστοιχα και η θερμοκρασία της προκαθορισμένη από το σύστημα.Αρκετές φορές νιώθαμε το κρύο και θα επιθυμούσαμε ο χώρος να ήταν πιο ζεστός.

Το κατάλυμμα βρίσκεται στον 3 όροφο μιας παλαιάς οικοδομής . Υπήρχε κακή μόνωση του κτηρίου,με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει πολύ φασαρία από εξω και να ακούγεται. Επίσης, υπάρχει σοβαρό πρόβλημα με το αποχετευτικό σύστημα της οικοδομής. Η αποχέτευση ιδιαίτερα τις πολύ πρωινές ώρες μυρίζει άσχημα και έντονα σε όλο το κτήριο. Η καθαριότητα του μπάνιου ιδιαίτερα στις γωνίες θα έπρεπε να ήταν καλύτερη. Γενικότερα, αν επιθυμείτε ένα κατάλυμμα στο κέντρο της νυχτερινής ζωής της Θεσσαλονίκης είναι ιδανικό, αλλά θα πρέπει να αναμένεται να μην κοιμηθείται καλά και κάποιες στιγμές αν το επιλέξετε τον χειμώνα να κρυώσετε.

Μια υπέροχη διαμονή στην Θεσσαλονίκη

Ήταν ένα πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο,πολύ άνετο και μεγάλο και πρόσφερε ότι υπήρχε στην περιγραφή (κουζίνακι ,διπλό κρεβάτι, τηλεόραση, κλιματισμό και θέρμανση καθώς και μπανιο με ντουζιέρα) . Παράλληλα ήταν σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Το μόνο μειονέκτημα του ήταν το μπάνιο που δεν είχε παράθυρο με αποτέλεσμα ο εξαερισμός από μόνος του να μην στεγνώνει τον χώρο και να έχει μονίμως και παντού νερά

Mann glaubt das man auf die strasse ist .Fenster katastrophal. So wie jede Bewegung im stock hört man sogar den licht Schalter von nachbarzimmer. Matratze war vor Jahren gut jetzt nicht mehr. Eingangs Bereich des gebaüdes sehr slim .

Insonorizacao do alojamento. Muito barulho durante a noite até às 2:00 da manhã e face às obras em curso no edifício em frente, acordava antes das 7:00 da manhã.

הדירה קטנה, בגודל חדר במלון רק עם מטבחון אבל סופר נקייה וממוקמת הכי הכי שאפשר. הכל בדקות הליכה. צמוד לרובע לדאדיקה. אבל בגלל זה גם מאד רועש בלילות וביום גם כי משפצים בניין ממול. חוץ מזה צוות מקסים, שירות חם ואוהב.

את הרעש ביום ובלילה, היה קשה לישון.
