I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, the hotel was very old and did not meet our expectations. The beds were quite old, the walls were very dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The check-in process was also inconvenient, and we were informed about these conditions only one day before our arrival. However, the hotel was located in a very nice and easily accessible area, which we appreciated. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

Disaster!

We don’t like at all.

We came to Thessaloniki from Athens by car at 19.00. Before we came I have took a message that first we should step by Colors Urban Hotel to make the check in and get the keys. Than we went to hotel. No cars allowed so my friend got of the car and waited for me to park the car. The room was at 2nd floor. There were no elevator. There is a elevator for luggages only to first floor not 2nd !!! So I carried after took luggage from the first floor and the most important thing is MY FRIEND has crutches because she has broken her hip 2 months ago. So She walked up the stairs!!! And as you see there were traps (broken laminat not wooden paper) on the floor. IT SHOULD BE FIXED before hiring the room. She could have been fallen down!!! I saw and warned her… Also the sheets were so old that It was not clear how clean they were. We paid 105,00 Euro for this awful night. There were no staff inside the hotel even in the morning…. By the way the place of the hotel is definitely bad because of noise and bad food cooking smells from the restaurants. If you want to sleep after 12 or 01 o’clock in the morning never stay at this hotel. A

I was very disappointed ☹️.

The location is ideal. In the heart of the city, where you can go everywhere on foot.

Rooms are to be found on the 1st-3rd floor. The 1st floor is accessible only by stairs, so anyone with even mild mobility issues cannot stay there. There is a lift, but there aren’t any signs to point where the lift is, you just have to guess. Also bear in mind that check in and check out take place in different location, which can be problematic if you have to leave very early in the morning. I was also charged twice for the city duties, and I still haven’t received a refund.

The fact that is in the city center and you are close to everything

The noise. Not the noise from all of the tavernas but the noise the you can hear from your room. The elevator, the pipes as it is a very old building, the other guests from their room.

When we reached the hotel, there was sign on the door saying check-in would be done in the Tsimiski Colours. Though two premises are close to each other it was still unexpected thing. It would be much more kind gesture to urge guests by mail, message etc...

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean but the bathroom was a bit smelly of sewage and the toilet was broken. The room was very noisy all night long. Location is close to the centre but surrounded by bars that are loud at night The reception is three blocks away in another building and you need to check in there.

the bathroom tiles were covered with black curly hair, the shower glass was dirty and the toilet seat was with poop. the decorative pillow on the bed was stained with something. the towel had a big hole in the middle. the room showed many signs of wear and tear. as well as there were some small insects in the room

It's not very clean. There was dust. There is no portable shower in the bathroom which is a big problem. There is not enough water and pressure for a toilet bowl, which is very bad. It hasn't happened to me anywhere.

Pick another hotel!

The location and the breakfast were the only good things about this hotel.

When we arrived for our check-in, there was no one at the reception. We had to wait for 40 minutes and figure out how to get the room keys. We then found out from the restaurant nearby that the check-in should be done in another hotel that was 7 minutes walking distance from this hotel. We were told that the receptionist was out sick. The room was pretty old not clean, you could smell the humidity all the time. We do not recommend this hotel, especially not for a family with small children.
