The check-in process for this hotel is a bit of a mess. You need to check-in at the other nearby Colors Urban hotel, which isn't overly clear in the confirmation email provided by Expedia, so this needs improving. However, the room itself was nice, clean and tidy and everything a couple would need for exploring Thessaloniki.

The place is non friendly at all. Bed sheets found with holes. Toilet device broken. Shower with no handle only fixed on the wall. No info in advance about checkin far from the place. We came at night and so did others with no knowledge about it. No elevator till first floor. Noisy area and no soundproof windows. Walls are craking with holes. A real waste of money .

Welcome letter says reception is open until midnight but the day before arrival I received an email saying if I arrive after 7:00pm I have to drag myself and my suitcases to another location to pick up my room key. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The structure is quite new, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, while the bathroom could be more cared for. The staff is very friendly even if the reception closes at night. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but you must go to the other hotel in the chain located about 500 meters. It can certainly be improved but is a good solution for staying in the center of Salonnico

Like a hostel, rather than a hotel. The design is good but that’s all make-up. They clean the rooms every two days (which may be considered as a postive step for sustainability) but they were so sloppy that they didnt even replace the used cups with new ones. 2 major problems: 1: The internet was too problematic. It works for like 5 minutes and stops working for like 1 hour. I asked this to the staff and they always said that their phones were connected so there was no problem. We had 3 different phones, so that wasnt a matter of phone, it was a matter of hotel’s internet. I had to accept the situation and had to pay to my local provider extra 8 euros per day. Of course this was really frustrating as i already paid to the hotel as “internet included”. Such a disappointment! 2: The hotel’s location is excellent but this makes the rooms really noisy. I stayed there for 3 nights and i had to wait until the closing time of the nightclub (5.00 am!), to be able to go to sleep. The music is so loud and disturbing, so the accommodation was a discomfort rather than a relaxation holiday for me.
