Very bad experience

We had a very bad experience with the hotel. We had reserved two rooms, but we were forced to check out one of the rooms, and part of our family left. The next morning, the person who had stayed behind checked out at 9:00 and had breakfast at the hotel until 9:40. At 10:37, I received a call about an extra charge for the minibar; we did not object and paid for it. At 10:54, they called me about a jacket that had been forgotten, at which point I informed them that I would send people to pick it up and thanked them. At 11:30, the hotel called me again and told me there was a broken television in the room and that we had to pay €300. They took €300 from my card without my consent. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The rooms are small and do not match the price, the place is extremely noisy, and the hygiene is unsatisfactory. If you have to stay at this hotel, by all means check out together with the staff because they will overwrite your bill and make you pay for things you don’t even know about.

Delightful

Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and room was spacious and with lots of unexpected extras. The cooked breakfast options were fanstic and breakfast was certainly a hightlight. I arrived late after reception closed but was provided clear instructions about getting in and too my room. Location it amazing and in a vibrant area didnt here much noise in evenings. Staff are all really friendly i would definitely return

My room was right off the stairs from reception and the i could hear all internal comings and goings which did lead to some disrupted sleep

pleasant hotel on great location.

the location is great. the staff was welcoming and helpfull. the breakfast was very good. the rooms are beautifoly furnished decorated. beds are comfort and there are two pilows per person - soft and hard.

the rooms - the standart - are not spacious. on breakfast only one coffee is included. water pressure on the third floor is weak.

- Excellent staff at the reception, very helpful and high service level - as i left very early to the airport, they prepared me a very good breakfast box - location near bars and restaurants in the centre of Thessaloniki, also near the promenade - nice design of the rooms, very clean hotel

Acceptable only for 1 night

The place is located close to center, many restaurants and pubs. Looks good overall but needs better cleaning.

Rooms are very small even for 2 people. 2+ gets uncomfy. There is no parking available as advertised on booking, they send you remote recommendations. And if you book a room for 3, they will give you a double room and ask 10 euros for the additional bed, even if you actually book for 3. Not a big amount but strange, I am traveling really a lot and this never happened. Another thing, cleaning shall be much improved, shower did not look very clean and the pillows had a weird smell. Overall, could be a good location if better managed but as it is, I did not enjoy much.

Cute place but with operational issues

The location. Staff at the reception and at breakfast. Super comfortable matrass. Great bed linen.

It was very important for me to know if the hotel could provide us with an early check-in at 10:00. I have requested it, and it was confirmed (not "upon availability" as in other properties very often but "confirmed"). Upon our arrival, we were informed that the room was not ready and the requests were not taken into consideration even because they were confirmed automatically by the system... We have left and returned in 2,5 hours, at 12:30. Again, the room wasn't ready. Even knowing that there was a misunderstanding with the early check-in, the hotel didn't put this room in the priority to be cleaned after previous guests' departure (maximum at 11:00). Then, after another waiting at the reception, about half an hour, we were invited to go in the room. We tried to use an elevator but were asked by the cleaning lady to wait until she went somewhere with her staff. And generally, it's an issue with the elevator. In the morning, especially, you can wait 2-3 times for cleaning ladies to finish their rotation and free it for the guests. As well there was also a piece of dry cucumber under a bed in the room, and it remained there until our checkout (2 days).

lovely hotel by a lively square. the rooms are exactly like on the pictures, we read the reviews and packed earplugs (it does get loud on the weekends) so we slept very well. Everyone working at the hotel or cafe are super friendly and helpful. cocomat beds are super comfortable!

Breakfast was interesting, unusual, without unnecessary food waste, but generous. Тhe location was perfect, more than expected - around a beautiful little square, in the old Ladadika quarter, close to all the attractions of Thessaloniki. Parking is easy - 200 meters from the hotel. The windows close tightly and hide the noise from outside. In the square in front, many restaurants and bars

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of city, full of locals, and shops. Staff wonderful, they reserve us a parking on nearby parking sites. It is hard to find a parking in the area, so better ask the hotel to reserve. Also they reserve us a restorant for the sinner. Thank you. We will come back for sure

Conveniently located for exploring historical and present-day Thessaloniki; near to cafes and restaurants. Room very clean and kept clean during our 5-night stay.

Breakfast only fairly good. Noisy at night. Room supposedly deluxe but had only one chair and was a bit cramped.
