Great hotel, location, service and staff. But due to an incident resulting from strong winds in the area, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose again. Service is great, but they're still lacking in some fundamentals of customer service and experience, that would make me opt for this hotel in the future despite the bad experience.

From the second we walked in the staff were fantastic. I must say I travel alot and the staff here are probably 1 of the best I have ever met. Very polite, very accommodating and very professional. Thank you. You will see us again

We got this room for a screaming deal via Agoda
Unfortunately, the price didn't include parking and tourist fees 20 euro. This was not made clear beforehand.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a lovely balcony, but street noise was minimal. Pretty good location.
