From start to finish all the staff were amazing. A great hotel in a perfect location for exploring the city with the metro a 2 minute walk from the hotel and all main shops and restaurants a 10 minute walk. White tower & Alexander The Great statue also within walking distance. We had a room with a balcony that was ideal whilst the weather was nice. Overall a great stay and will be booking to stay here again in the future. Parking underneath the hotel a huge bonus in a busy city with minimal street parking. Breakfast had a good selection and the daily maid service was very efficient. Thanks Capsis!
Signage for the parking could have been more clear as there’s only signs once you go into the back streets. If we weren’t with a local friend I don’t think we would have found it but that’s the ONLY thing I can think of from our entire week here.

Decor wise…only saving grace of this hotel was the pool area.
The buffet breakfast also had a good selection.
No where near a 4 star hotel. Very dated decor throughout. Carpet very worn.
With the exception of the bell boy, staff left a lot to be desired.
2 paper cups in the room, tea/coffee not refilled each day. Cups not replaced.
Very poor wifi…especially in the pool bar area.
Very slow elevators.
