Decent city hotel, good location, meets expectations.

The Junior Suite was large and spacious. Good breakfast with a sufficient choice of food and drinks. Hotel situated on a major avenue, but there is no road noise in the room.

No stable wi-fi connection in this room.

Not a lot. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was grubby. Hardly “recently renovated” thus not as advertised. The hotel was noisy. Tannoys early in the morning to round up the coach tour passengers. TV on loud all day and night in the next room. Most annoying and resorted to sleeping with earplugs in. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet leaked continuously over the floor. Quite unsanitary. I’m not going to go on… hope you get the message

Disappointing for a 4 star hotel

Decor wise…only saving grace of this hotel was the pool area. The buffet breakfast also had a good selection.

No where near a 4 star hotel. Very dated decor throughout. Carpet very worn. With the exception of the bell boy, staff left a lot to be desired. 2 paper cups in the room, tea/coffee not refilled each day. Cups not replaced. Very poor wifi…especially in the pool bar area. Very slow elevators.

We liked the breakfast a lot.

The floor we were on felt really run down. The pool area was very crowded and uncomfortable the first day. Better the second day. The rooms had a very interesting layout.

Great value for money, especially with the awesome rooftop pool

The pool on the rooftop was really amazing. It was really hot days when we were staying in the city, and being able to use the pool on the rooftop with the family was awesome! We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had a really wide selection and fresh produces.

The family room was really spacious, but could use a bit of a refresh. Also the corridors could use a bit of a renovation.

The hotel met all of our expectations.

Great option for us as Capsis hotel has rooms for 3 adults. This was great for me to stay with family whilst I worked in the city. The roof pool was a major reason for choosing the hotel. Off street parking was a good extra.

The hotel is looking tired in places but everything works just fine. We might have eaten an evening meal on the hotel but couldn’t find any info in the room about menu or price.

Very good location and clean

When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that they upgraded our room free of charge 😇we stayed at presidential suite and that was really big and beautiful. The room has 2 toilets and very big balcony, actually we stayed at that terrace whener we were at our room. Breakfast is also very satisfying and nice.

A lovely hotel for a short break, super rooftop pool.

Staff very friendly, everywhere very clean. We had a suite, 2 queen size beds and a jacuzzi bath. Heaven!!! Private underground parking available for a supplement, very useful. Not the cheapest of hotels but well worth the money. About a 20 minute walk to the seafront. Excellent buffet breakfast , lots of choice. Bar prices good value. The highlight was the rooftop pool was not meant to open until mid May but was open! So lovely to relax and swim after sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing, but if I had to say something, paper cups in room for hot drinks. Would have preferred china ones.

Cracking accommodation and location

Great place, really nice food from the poolside and smoothies. 10 minute walk to most things, room was always made up to brand new and they even let you leave the air conditioning on whilst your out exploring.

They let other hotel users rent the rooftop pool for the day, so finding a bed is a mission if your not there for 11a.m.... which is also a late start to the sunbathing.

The building site next door started so early that any sleep past 7am was impossible. The hotel also allows big groups to stay which made the pool area really uncomfortable for families and couples

Comfortable bed and air conditioning and Dorothy in the restaurant provided best service.

Hotel very outdated and worn out compared to online photos.Service was very average.Be carefull with valet paid car park service.You have to read fine print to be aware you have to pre book online or else they send you to drive yourself to a separately owned private car park. Felt very unsafe in doing this in rear lane ways.Bathroom door was glass with not sufficient privacy for noise or smell.

Nicely renovated. Big, spacious and comfy lobby. Nice rooftop pool bar.

Internet in room 415 was really bad, almost dead. They tried to solve it, by giving us a rooter for the room, it worked for one night, then it dropped to 0.2Mbps. Then we gave up, and went to the lobby where it's 500+Mbps. I understand that the hotel is very big (407 rooms!), but... It is also year 2023, so it is quite solvable.

In one way sad, as I like what you try to do, but I dont like the way it is looking right now :-(

The style of the room and the floors were outdated, overused and old fashioned. The rug in the floors damaged. The furniture of the room was not appealing what made it uncomfortable, the door to the bathroom was dirty, the view of the room awful. The borders of the pool (green like Algues) looked dirty as well. We desired to enjoy the sunrise of the early morning on the roof terrasse before our departure, but the terrasse was closed what was a pity. The surroundings of the Hotel are depressing. It is not a neighbourhood what is nice. Therefore, we expect a nice Interieur in the hotel. Only the lobby was nice and also the personal.

In more to the above written: the filters of the climatisation were dirty (to much old dust inside there..), so I ended up with an Asthma Attack. The sheets were not well draped around the bed, what was not very inviting for a so called 4-Star Hotel. Even so I'd love with all my heart writing better words, I can not.
