The hotel rooms have no insulation, during my stay there were school children running up and down the hallway until 1 in the morning. They were yelling and screaming, the receptionist scolded them and they didn’t give a damn. I called twice the reception to complain and they said they were doing the best they can. I asked for q different room and they said they were fully booked which I doubt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The location is good. Bus stop by the hotel connecting to the airport and the city. Local supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies within a short walk.
This website didn't notify of an extra €10 per night tourist tax charged by Greece government to stay at a 4 star hotel. So when the hotel receptionist gave me the bill, I felt “scammed”. The room I was in, the toilet leaked and it seemed it hadn't been dusted throughout the room for some time. The lighting was too dim to me personally and the big light in the room flickered at times. I didn't believe it was a 4 star hotel.
