Generally staff were so friendly and polite. The reception staff, breakfast staff and cleaning staff all wonderful and welcoming. Only negative was the attitude of the barman at the roof top area the “Cloud bar”, he’s rude, bad attitude and made any interaction awkward- he’s not interested in any customer service at all. I think he must have missed the customer service course! The room was excellent and it is a very smart hotel. Also excellent choice at breakfast -very nice selection of food.

I arrived and booked this hotel mainly because of the rooftop pool having teenager with me. I was told it is closed in May , but it’s no where mentioned otherwise I would have not booked it.
Lighting was too dark for myself in the rooms
Didn’t like the USB sockets for the mobiles over my head as the cable broke
Sink was outside the bathroom which was disturbing for the others
Every day same breakfast
Staff was very friendly
