the hotel was very clean, the room was excellent, quite big , bathroom, size , there was a coffee machine, some sweets as compliment. Towels were nice, the beds were very comfortable, there were two pillows foreach person
There was a smell of a kitchen inside the room, the hotel is practically at Ladadika. The window was looking at somehow inner yard and was not possible to enter a fresh air. as there was also a smell of a kitchen. also at night the air condition was quite noisy and it was not possible to stop it as this is centralized controlled one.

Our family stay at Capsis Bristol Boutique Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality stood out, especially the thoughtful birthday gesture of sparkling wine and a personal greeting, which meant a lot to me and made our stay even more special. Combined with the hotel’s elegance, comfort, and excellent location, the experience exceeded our expectations and left us with wonderful memories as a family.
There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations.

Old historic hotel but in very good condition, the room was quite and very large, with good bed and pillows. Perfect location near to car parking garage, old Ladadika part of the city, and near to Aristotelles squire, departments store and new and the old port. Everything were at walking distance
Breakfast should be better for 4 star hotel. Staff was very professional, good wi-fi
Everything was very good and above my expectation, definitely I will be back soon at the same hotel for my next trip to Thessaloniki

The location is excellent & the staff was very kind & helpful! The room & bathroom was very big and the bed very comfortable. The room was very well cleaned every day and they changed the towels on a daily basis.
The hotel needs renovation. The bathroom & the room had a weird and intense smell. The window could not be opened since all the smells of other kitchens of restaurants around in the area entered. Therefore, no fresh air and no natural light. For us this was an issue. The door of the bathroom did not close properly.

Very spacious room, perfectly located in the entertainment district. Comfortable beds, quiet room with double-glazed windows and thick curtains. Excellent housekeeping, with a bottle of water provided daily.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing for a hotel like this, coffee from a machine, not tasty, while they do have an excellent machine behind the bar.

The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful.
There was a strange and quite loud buzzing noise in my room.

The hotel is lovely and is in a great location. It has period charm without any sense of decay. The staff were both friendly and helpful.
There was little to take issue with but the breakfast wasn't up to much and the broadband speed was poor.

The hotel is fabulously furnished with antiques & the bed was the most comfortable ever.
The location is also fabulous.
The breakfast really lets the hotel down . Awful coffee & no yoghurt. A Greek breakfast without yoghurt!

Location is perfect with Laladaika restaurants and bars nearby as well as a short walk to the ferry port. The rooms are spacious and clean.
Tiny elevator.

This is the third time we are in this hotel, which is a part of the cultural heritage of Thessaloniki, with its facade, interior and specific atmosphere. We really like furniture, paintings and details in rooms, halls and galleries. The location is excellent, near the port, numerous restaurants and cafes, and Aristotle Square, where the intense life of the city takes place. Hygiene is at a high level thanks to hardworking maids. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be better. The choice of food is narrow and scarce.

The location is excellent
Very old hotel that has not been renovated and is falling apart. Not clean. The service is mediocre and there is no way this is a 5 star hotel as published.

The breakfast was very basic with not many options. This was disappointing for us

Loved the staff and very walkable location: a block from the beautiful Port Stroll to the White Tower and along the harbor, also the closeness to other restaurants and night life. For those interested in experiencing the late night dining experience with other Greeks, this is the place. The outdoor restaurant is on the corner of numerous other outdoor dining venues, all filled with great choices for dining. Our room, however, was right above this action and the first night the revelers went well past midnight. But with closed windows and heavy curtains, it was less noisy. If this concerns you, recommend a room not facing the outdoor streets, rather the inner courtyard. Not the best view, but nice and quiet. They also had 2 nice bikes for rental which we thoroughly enjoyed. Note: of our 2 weeks in Greece, this was the only old charming hotel that had an elevator, all the others that were over 100 years old, had only stairs.
Noisy outdoor restaurants, as mentioned above. Get a room on the inside courtyard for the quiet.

It is a nice boutiqe hotel, should be 4 stars max , it is not a 5 stars hotel.NORMAL

Staff were very friendly, the hotel is in a listed building that reflects the style of its era. the rooms are large with very high ceilings. it is centrally located.
the breakfast was completely banal, the neighbourhood can get noisy (but that's not the hotel's fault).

The hotel is fantastic as was the room. Spacious, clean, and with well appointed amenities! The location is central to many restaurants and tourism sites that are easily walkable. The staff were friendly and outgoing and all around amazing - I had travel plans booked by train when the strikes happened and Amana made phone calls, helped me translate, and helped me rebook buses when the trains didn't run so we could continue our vacation in other places in Greece!

Good location.
The facility needs some refreshments... too old and not as cozy as presented in the pictures.

Location, quiet. Large rooms. Modern bathrooms. Excellent breakfast. Good staff.
Deep tubs with showers felt unsafe. Recommend bar for climbing in and out.

Good location, comfortable bed, room quite spacious
Old structure, refurbished but not in the best way. Bathroom fixtures (tube) leaking water when in use, toilet seat to be fixed.
Very untidy open area used as a store in the corridor to get to the room, not looking good at all.
The worst was breakfast: no food variety, poor quality, food not fresh. Breakfast was served in a sort of poor taverne, serving people from streets during the day, definitely not the breakfast room of an hotel claiming to be 5*.
.No value for money, the real rate of he hotel might be 3*, not more, price is at least double than what is acceptable for this kind of service.

Great hotel located centrally to several restaurants and close to waterfront. Hotel was beautiful and staff was helpful. Rooms were very large and had spacious bathrooms and a nice shower. Breakfast was great.
Parking was limited - luckily we were returning the rental car and didn't need it in Thessaloniki. Our room had a slight odd smell in the entrance way.
