Great place to stay

The staff are fantastic here, they were quick to help out with anything and very friendly and kind. 10/10 for them :) The location is great, you can walk everywhere from here. I was grateful that they had an elevator and I loved the shower had room and the daybed area. There is water and a little shared area on the ground floor which is a nice added touch. There is a grocery store nearby as well as gyro and coffee shop.

It was too hot. They turned the A/C off for winter but when I was there in Oct it was still 20+ degrees out and the room was very hot even with the window open. The bed had a down type comforter which made it worse. The other problem with the bed is that there is no leg room beside the bed to get off the bed. There is a wall on either side against the bed. You have to slide down to the end to get out of bed into the doorway opening. I'm in my 50's and the bed is very soft which made doing that exhausting and I ended up sleeping on the day bed. I would still stay here for a few days again.

Fantastic location! Staff were absolutely lovely. Clean, comfortable and the jacuzzi was a nice addition. We had a slight issue with the jacuzzi but the property replied quickly and fixed the problem quickly as well. We appreciated that. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Hot water in the shower takes a few minutes but once it starts is plentiful and good water pressure. We would definitely stay again. Thank you 72 AD team.

It was nice to have a washing machine but there was no place to hang the clothes after. A clothing rack would have been good.

Pretty Good

The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning was also good.

I had stayed at this hotel twice before and was satisfied. This time I stayed in room 1 on the first floor. The ceiling was very low and the room was also quite small. The bed was not very comfortable. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the windows. I would choose this hotel again, but I would not choose this room.

Mixed feelings (Nice design/architecture; location); Bed needs support; Room on the small size.

- The design is pretty nice. Also the fact that they have renovated a historic building (that's a plus for the city). - The location is good (not too far from the city centre and plenty of options fairly close (10 minute walking distance) for food / drinks etc.) - The staff (I only spoke to one person upon check in) was very polite / cordial.

- I did not manage to get good rest. The bed frame definitely needs support / reinforcing with some wood panels. - Noise from the street: The small window right next to the bed could do with better glazing. - Although the room was clean for the most part (clean bed sheet, zero smoking scent (which quite often you get in Thessaloniki hotels), the shower area / floor could do with some more cleaning attention.

premium apartments for a quick city break

the location of the property was city centre 5 minutes walking to square Aristotelous the property was very nice with a small balcony the staff as we were late the messaged us how to access the building. the room was spacious with espresso machine for our morning coffee and very clean. the wifi was free.

maybe a desk in the room would be beneficial as we would have to work for some hours and we couldn't

The room is designed beautifully and was very clean. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location is a walking distance from the center. I higley recommend!

No issues with the hotel, the only issue is with the parking that is in an external parking lot or in our case we parked in the street.

Very stylish hotel for short stay.

The hotel was in a nice location, near some great bars and restaurants and walking distance to the main square. The design of the hotel is really sharp and stylish and the facilities are all very new. There are also ample and smart charging ports everywhere. The staff were lovely and the out-of-hours checkin information was easy to understand and helpful.

Our room was on a split level, which is fine, but was not soundproof as advertised. With a room on the ground floor this meant we heard everything from the street outside and also from the rooms over our heads.

Very central location, the decoration and the shower and of course stuff was very helpful with our late check-in.

Mattress and bed and bath linen could be updated and there was an issue with electricity and power was off sometimes.

Nice location, friendly staff. Good to have a coffee area downstairs. Elevator available, handy on arrival/departure for luggage.

One small comment: we stayed in room #1 and at night there is a lot of noise from the street as windows do not have a rubber sealing. Kids were in a room facing the back and that was perfect!

Very stylish hotel in the center of Thessaloniki

I loved everything about the hotel. Top location – easy accessible from all bus/train stations and the airport. Within minutes’ walk from Agios Dimitrius Church, the Aristotelous Square, meaning to main shopping streets, bars, cafes, restaurants, the seaside and the White Tower. The cozy room, I booked for the first night in Thessaloniki was beyond cozy- very spacious, with a cute balcony, very comfortable bed, lovely bath amenities, an iron and an iron board, should you wish to better setup your clothes for the night out. I loved the fact that there is coffee machine in the room. All front office ladies are super nice. Nika was the first to welcome us, gave information about the hotel and the location. Since I liked the hotel very much, I booked also a room for another overnight between the holiday in Halkidiki and trip back home. The lady during the second check-in was very sweet. I will surely book again when in Thessaloniki!🫶🏼

Great hôtel, excellent location!

The Hotel is very well located, in the center and at the same time quiet. The welcome was perfect and everything was done to facilitate our arrival (parking,...). The room is nicely decorated, with all the comforts and very modern. We had a small balcony perfect for morning coffee.
