Clean room, very good breakfast and a nice rooftop pool area. Pool did get crowded. Parking was full on arrival and it was hard to find on street parking.

Rooms are terribly outdated. Breakfast buffet is good, lots pf variety but this hotel hosts university students who did not have great etiquette at a buffet. Eating while getting food, loud and unruly behaviour, large tour groups also stay here.

Capsis is close to everything: train station, KTEL bus stn, city centre. The swimming pool is an oasis, except for the constant music. It's open 11:00 - 19:00 Buffet breakfast is fabulous. Staff are friendly & helpful. Room was ok, unfortunately the air conditioning unit dripped water on to plug sockets & showers door was broken. Apart from that it was great.

Over priced!! Pool was like one in Ibiza - loud banging music on a Sunday - really?!! Lifts did what they fancied - didn’t matter what you pressed it randomly went up n down Rooms were ok but our shower flashed hot , and the shower hose wouldn’t stay in one place - not exactly relaxing . Charging for a bottle of water in the room -surely you could offer 1 bottle free. Breakfast while plenty on offer was luke warm - the coffee ( for a country that has a coffee stand every 10 metres ) was bitter, just vile! And the orange juice was liquid sugar. Would I stay again or recommend- no!

Hotel was nice and feels like it would have been 5-stars in its heyday. Now, the service is still good, but the area nearby has become a bit run down despite being on a large main street. Nonetheless, quite comfortable stay and staff were wonderful.

The Hotel is one of the first very good hotels in Thessaloniki. The location is very good. Right next to the train station and to the metro station, and if someone likes walking, the he/she can always walk towards the city center and discover the city! The room was big and very clean! The isolation though is not the best, but it was nothing extreme to be honest, we still had quiet nights and we slept well! The staff was professional, client-oriented and friendly. Swimming pool was nice and i appreciated that there was a lifeguard! Especially the food at the pool bar was delicious! Breakfast was also very good and there was a variety of food to satisfy everyone!

I m writing this feedback as a tourism professional who has been organizing trips to 27 countries!.. According to Online info there is written they have parking for cars! They do but they are charging! İt is not something that they can mentioned as an including service! Lobby is great, renovated! Rooms, Textile, furniture are too old and small size! Only space for a lugguage. Bathroom doors are made by glass and there is no privacy at all. Receiptionist Dimitris I assumed ( who has glasses and less hair than others were intentionly rude! Not possible to deal with! As a 4* hotel if you are not opening your lobby bar till 11.00 am I have all rights to bring my take away coffee from outside! Anyway I ll never ever stay or advice Capsis to anyone!

Totally different rooms from the pictures. Dirty & smelling carpets. Bugs inside the linen . at the pictures shows the rooms are wood floor but in real it is all old& dirty carpets . Not worth any penny they ask . We went as family with child and not feel clean and safe. Never choose again this hotel

Rooftop pool was nice however music was the same playlist everyday. Cleanliness of the room could be better, mattress was super hard. Breakfast was a good with many options. Location handy got public transport via bus. Tea and coffee isn't topped up during your stay, I even asked at reception for extras and wasn't allowed.
