value for money, but still, it could be better - without any need of major investment by the hotel..

The location is central, but at the same time quiet. I appreciated the fact that i could ask for my room to NOT be cleaned, in order to save on the planet.

The breakfast was poor. The coffee is -constantly- awful. Some fried cheese-breads were served -cold- from the day before. The matrasses ought to be not so soft.

The photos on Booking are much better than reality, and the rooms seem wider. The curtains in my room had stains, and I didn't like the blankets which were synthetic and make you sweat without warming.

Clean and modern hotel in heart of bustling Thessaloniki district

Modern hotel in the middle of eclectic Thessaloniki near port and bus and trains. It's surrounded by very authentic businesses... a lot of old places repurposing electric motors and spare parts. But it's a friendly place with loads of life. Great restaurant on corner across the road. Easy enough to walk to restaurants and sights.

Awkward to get to with a hire car... one way streets and parking a nightmare. But people are very kind and generous. Hotel rooms are smallish but clean and comfortable.

Very bad

Absolute scam! The case is as follows: I make a reservation for two adults and a one-year-old child, the hotel description says that it has a cot, after 15 minutes I arrive at the hotel room and see a short-cut cot, without a board, without a mattress! Instead of a mattress inside, you had a lightweight duvet for bedding! I go to the reception to ask about changing the cot and that the mattress is missing, to which they reply: sorry we don't have anything else, we managed to come up with this at the last minute!! We all know what a portable fabric cot looks like, if it doesn't have a bottom and a mattress it's impossible to put a child inside!!!

The room is very good, the beds are comfortable, the staff is nice, the location is very good

I liked that the room was clean, there was a place to put things, a small fridge, a mirror in the room, toilet and hallway (several people can prepare at the same time). The beds were comfortable, the room itself was cozy, although small, I probably wouldn't stay longer than 2-3 days, but if it was just for a stay - our room was perfect.

The breakfast was quite poor in that there was very little hot food (the omelette and sausages disappeared immediately after they were brought, maybe it would be good to make sure that if there is a high demand, there is also a greater supply)

Comfortable stay

Wi-Fi is good, breakfast is nice with lots of options, room was comfortable, bathroom is nice, staff was friendly and ready to help always, location is nice - close to main train and coach station, 15-20 min walking distance to the central area.

Maybe better to add some other options apart from pork since Muslims and Jews do not consume pork included foods. It would be good to have a door type sth in shower cabin since it is all wet in bathroom when you have shower.
