Comfortable beds and clean room, solid location.
The heating was not working for a day and a half and I had to go myself to find a new remote to fix the issue, they did help me so the rating is fair.

No breakfast. The location is excellent. It is okay that they have parking, even if it is 10 euros per night, and the instructions regarding the accommodation, received by email or phone, were super professional.
The area is a bit lacking. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center.

Fair for one stay
Very small -not good location -no reception -not good mattress

Very clean & comfort room. It have secured parking lots, cost 10e per night. No stuff around, all is handled by pins, codes and email instructions. Building is 15 min walk far from city downtown. All credits goes to support, we arrived at Thessaloniki before official check-in time, so I asked to let us in a bit earlier which was allowed shortly after. It's our 2nd time staying for one night in transit at Elephant Suites, so it's perfect choice. Will come back for sure.

The room was absolutely clean, with many amenities, including an iron board
First of all, there was no staff. Everything had to be done by phone. What if I didn't have a smartphone with me? Not a phone, but a smartphone.
I think Booking.com should introduce a filter category for properties fully dehumanized.
I've come after a long drive on a Greece highway with no petrol stations, no parking lots, no toilets. Being in this state of emergency I encountered a shut iron door and instructions on how to check in. Although somebody was answering promptly, the connection was erratic, many times I was diverted to a robot speaking in Greek although I pressed the right button for English. The procedure for check-in is gruesome. It requires filling electronic forms, which have to be validated with passwords, authentication based on photos of my ID, codes for entering the building, code for the room, etc. It takes about 30 minutes if you didn't smash your phone on the sidewalk in the process.
If I only knew the nightmare I had to go through I would have never booked a room at this hotel.
The neighborhood is shanty, with ruined buildings and graffiti all over the place. After dark, groups of local boys hang around at corners and in a small park nearby the train / metro station. My Greek friends asked me to call them after arriving at the hotel to tell them I arrived safe.
The so-called hotel parking had a canvas for sun protection, which was low, and almost broke the antenna on the roof of my car.

Room is nice and mattresses are comfortable
Didnt meet any of the staff at all, and we didn’t have any instructions on how to ask for service cleaning

The room was clean, small - but what was in the descriprion. It was warm as there is an AC. Small but good terrace. The instructions were clear. We had an issue with some of the lights - the staff was very friendly and helped us quickly. The hotel is about 15 min by foot from the centre, there is a metro station nearby.
A little noisy because it is close to a big boulevard. The region is full of old and unfinished buildings and there are some suspicious people living in them so we didnt feel very comfortable when we arrived in the evening. The check-out was at 11:00 but the cleaning lady was there 15 min before that and we were surprised when we went to pick up our luggage after breakfast.

For a one night stay, it was fine. A groovy concept.
The tea, coffee & cookies were welcome but see below why no hot drinks were had.
It started with the bathroom bin not having been emptied from previous guests. This is far from ideal when in Greece, as this is used for ALL toilet paper as you can not flush any down the toilet.
The clear electric jug in the room was badly lined with limescale - completely puts you off having a cup of tea!
Both reflect no attention to detail / checklist of room servicing.

spacious room, nice design, room for placing and opening my luggage, and hanging clothes, nice lighting, hot water coming almost immediatelly in the bathroom.
easy parking around comparing to the main city.
only a soap dispencer in the bathroom, no bar soap nor anything else.
The sink was very low and the water splatting around it every time you use it.
the main door was not sound proof, you thought that the door was like totally open when someone was passing outside or talking etc.

The location of the facility is close to central places and within walking distance.
The rooms are very clean and convenient.
Thank you very much for everything, I recommend it to my friends.
The tap in one of our rooms was broken, other than that there was no problem.

I liked a lot the communication with the responsible person, she was very responsive replying promptly on my questions. I liked also self-check in, detailed explanation and easy going entrance to the building and room. I also liked the coffee macchine and capsules and that you can even take addtional ones from the common kitchen free of charge. For a smoker like me, the small balcony was a paradise.
The location is a little bit not ideal, since it is 20 min walk to the center of the town. But it is quiet and calm neighbourhood. I also didn't like that we paid for the hotel private parking, not aware that there are many free of charge parking spaces around. It would be good if the staff informs the guests that they can park around without payment.

Clean and fresh.
Hot water.
Good access guidance and support throughout helped finding the hotel and checking in our room and parking.
Two bottles of water in the fridge
Nespresso machine in the room
The location is in the deprived area of town .
Parking entrance next to a garbage collection point.
The room could have been a little bit larger.

The location was good, it had coffee in the room and at the bar too, very clean and quiet.

The property was really easy to find and to check-in/check-out. The room was super clean with a bunch of clean towels and had everything we needed for 6day stay (iron, nespresso coffee, mini fridge). There is free parking on the street and around the apartment, but to be extra safe we booked parking place(10€/day) and it was easy to use and really good. Generally great experience for the money we paid and really nice stay.
It is a bit further away from the city center(if you walk 20-30min) but if you have a car it is 5 min away. The sound isolation is not really good and you can hear people from other rooms and cars on the street( we were lucky to have really good neighbors at the time of our stay they weren’t super noisy). Beds/mattresses could be renewed they are a bit old I think.

The renovated, beautiful hotel caught my eye with its modern design. The fully automated setup, though lacking personnel, was quite unique. The room was excellently equipped, and I particularly enjoyed the fantastic terrace with its grilling facilities.
The surrounding area seemed a bit run-down and had a suburban vibe. The view from the hotel was quite disappointing, as it was obstructed by deteriorating buildings. It's worth noting that the non-functional coffee maker was a minor inconvenience and didn't significantly affect my experience.

Everything is nice, the bad is comfortable.
The place is not sound insulated, in the early morning every day there was noise that woke us up.

Check-in was easy, the room is fully stocked, and there are convenient shared kitchen and laundry facilities. We did not come into direct contact with any of the staff, although they do send lots of messages to make sure things are ok.

We originally had somewhere else booked but the accommodation wasn't suitable. We found the Elephant Suites and loved the modern look. We stayed for three nights, and it had everything we needed.
The room has storage, a small safe, extra towels, air-con, tea and coffee and a TV. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was really nicely decorated. The hotel also has a lift.
It's a little way from the centre, but still within walking distance. It's fairly central to the bay, shopping mall, the city and an area with lots of restaurants and bars (Ano Poli). We were booked on a few trips that met at Aristotelous Square which was a 2.4KM walk (about 20 minutes) so it's around 20-30 minutes walk from the centre of Thessaloniki.
We checked in ourselves with a code. We booked on the day we arrived so it took a little while to sort out the questionnaire to get the code, but the staff communicated with us via WhatsApp. We had no issues getting in and out of the hotel. We didn't see anyone in reception during our stay, it said reception was temporarily closed. But you could pick up extra tea and bits from reception. There's also a little laundry area and kitchenette on the lower floor.
Our room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was quite pleasant. We didn't use it during our stay as it's was quite small, but it was nice to have.
If we ever visit the city again we'd stay here, or in one of their other properties (there were a few around the one we stayed in).
The shower in our room didn't drain too well. It wasn't too much of an issue, we just ran the shower at a lower pressure to make sure things didn't overflow.
Not a dislike, but an observation. No expense has been spared on the renovation, but the hotel almost looks out of place in its surroundings. When we visited it was next to a closed shop, the buildings around aren't as modern, some are closed down and one behind the building is half built. This had absolutely no impact on our stay, though. The area was fairly quiet.
