The breakfast was superb , the staff were helpful and very polite
Two main issues:
• The hotel felt overpriced for what it offers. Being a large property doesn’t justify premium pricing, especially when there’s little to nothing nearby that adds value to the stay. The dark, black-heavy design (tables, walls, and parts of the rooms) also felt too heavy and ended up creating a somewhat dull atmosphere.
• The EV charging policy is disappointing. Charging €7/hour on an 11 kW charger is roughly double the standard rate at public stations. This feels unfair to guests. The management should seriously reconsider this approach—passing the blame to the provider isn’t a valid excuse. Simply change the provider if needed. Guests with electric cars should be supported, not overcharged.

The staff was nice and allowed us to check in earlier, because we arrived earlier than expected. The breakfast offered variety of good food. They offer shuttles to the center, we were with a car so we didn’t use it, but still it’s a positive for the hotel. I liked the spa center a lot, it was very clean and not very crowded at this time of the year. The rooftop bar and pool were closed, but we knew that before we got there because the season is not still opened.
