Very clean and modern

The room was very clean and well-equipped. The whole building is new and in a modern-minimal style. The location is very good, very close to bus and metro station, and for those who prefer to walk it is a 20-minute walk to the city center.

I would def go back.

I liked everything. The management was very prompt and helpful when I called them 3 times during my stay. The check in and check out was very easy and quick. Everything was new, clean and modern with great taste. The mattress was very comfortable. Although it is a small room it’s designed ergonomically having a lot of room for a traveler especially in the bathroom. Having a shower was great experience with hot water and stable temperature. If I had to add a small improvement would be the towels to be a bit thicker. Nesspresso machine and 4 capsules of coffee plus the 2 mini bottles of water in the mini fridge was a great addition. Small things that matter! Netflix on the TV was a great thing to have. The hairdryer was a proper one and very useful. Close to the metro station.

I chose this accommodation because it is very close to the metro station. I would prefer if the neighbourhood was cleaner and less ugly but this is unfortunately the city of Thessaloniki. The only nice building in the neighbourhood is the ICON urban living building. :)

The fact they had a balcony, stove, hair dryer, an iron and the table for it, a clothes hanger and a basement laundry room

No extra trash bags provided, so we had to leave empty bottles around the room. Also, lights automatically turn on in the bedroom when someone opens the room entrance so if the other person is already sleeping in the room they will be woken up by the lights.

Everything was just great, covenient, clean, modern and accessible. Would totally stay there again.

I liked how clean and modern everything was, and the AC worked great, which was a big plus for this weather. Easy access, I appreciated the lift. Access to the washing machine was a big bonus, and being able to leave my luggage for a couple of hours after check-out was very convenient.

What I didn't like. It's not a big deal, but the view from my room, neighbours could easily see into my room from their windows, but I guess that's a very common thing in Greece anyway.

Two days in Icon Urban Living

The check in and out was easy, the room was clean and there was hot water always. I liked that we could store our luggages for the rest of the day, after we checked out. The location was good, a quiet street, about 30 min walk from the main square.

Mabye a littel bit more storage for the clothes.

It's nice that the whole building is just the apartment ICON, you feel safe and it's easy to enter in the room with the code. There is free parking outside on the street itself which is great. From equipment, you have almost everything you need.

The apartments are a bit far if you want to walk to the center. And the bed was not very comfortable, the mattress seemed to be collapsing...

Great value for money, clean and modern and an easy stay.

Newly renovated, modern apartment block with good security. We enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony and that we could walk to the hospital or into the main shopping area. There are plenty of local shops very close by. We liked the large shower and the beds were comfortable. The lift was handy for tbe 3rd floor and we used the free washing machine facilities too. The host was prompt and helpful.

The shower did leak which was annoying and could also be dangerous with the wet floor. We would have liked to have fresh towels every couple of days, especially the shower mat. There also wasnt anywhere to hang towels. Also, more pillows please! The area isn't the most salubrious and we were a little wary of walking around at night as 2 women.

Very quiet, I slept well. Very well equipped, especially for the price. All in good condition and clean.

Water stopped working at some point. Staff was helpful in quickly resolving the issue though.

Great facilities and quite close to the heart of the city. Modern design and everything included felt quite state-of-the-art. Quiet neighborhood too! Organized and helpful staff in terms of helping us store our luggage for the extra hours we had after check-out and until our trip out.

A bit off the scale when it comes to cost. Could be about 10 euro cheaper per night considering the size of the room and amenities. Also, there was no towel rack so after having showered finding a place to hang them up to dry was kind of awkward.

You are on your own and answers takes time and not always being received. The room needs a lot of small addition to make it cozy. It felt cold and unthaughful. There is no hanger to put your coat or bag just inside the closet. There is no privacy in the balcony. You literally can see into the next room privacy. There is the cheapest soap ever in a dispenser from ikea and no shampoo. The bin is way to small especially if you stay longer than 2 nights.

The automatic check-in process could have been better. We asked for 30 min early check-in but could not enter the room before 3 PM in spite of the previous confirmation. Also the garbage bin was not empty in our room...
