I was not satisfied at all.

Just the location.

The smell in the room, a musty odor, was extremely unpleasant. Overall, the rooms and the hotel were in a very old condition. Even though the air conditioner's heating unit was running at its maximum setting, the room was freezing cold.

Noisy corridors, my room was right next to the elevator and a reading corner and it was really noisy. Understand that people should be aware of that and not talk with loud voices but any kind of signage should be put in the corridors. In front of my room in the first floor it was the silence room😁

For one night it was decent, but otherwise doesn’t worth to stay there.

The location is great (in the heart of Thessaloniki), staff are very friendly, amenities are good, there are plenty of breakfast options and prices are affordable.

Great location. Very central.

Rooms are absolutely falling apart. It’s filthy, moldy and too old. Renovation starts at 9:30 am despite the visitors are sleeping. Not good to hear powered tools working at that hour.

Great Location, helpful staff

The staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the room itself was exactly as shown. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location and hotel was good if you disregard some deficiencies.

The greatest advantage of Le Palace was its location. I could reach everywhere I wanted to go by some minutes of walking. It is on to the Tsimiski shopping street and restaurants of Ladadika. Room was spacious and soundproof. Breakfast was sufficient. Hotel, breakfast room and rooms were clean.

Rooms need renovation. Bed was very uncomfortable. Two twin beds were combined. Thus, gap between the beds gave a lot of discomfort. I needed to combine the separated beds several times. There were very few sockets in the room. There was none in the bathroom. There was a large dressing table, but most of the table was taken up by the television.

Didn’t like the room, was not clean, the tiles had holes from screws, part of the back sink wasn’t attached. We didn’t have blankets, just sheets to cover with. The room and all the amenities and furniture and utilities is very outdated and it wasn’t the impression we got from the photos. It wasn’t good value for money.

The amazing staff make this place great!

Loved the fact that all personnel was so keen on providing the perfect accommodation. A couple of hours upon my arrival there was an issue with the bathtub in my room. After bringing it to the attention of the receptionist, the issue was immediately resolved by offering me a new room on the newly renovated floor. The following morning I mentioned to one of the waitresses at breakfast that I'm a vegan. The following day, even though it was her day off, she specifically asked that I'm provided with all options available. Very, very much appreciated! The housekeeper of my room had the best smile and was so sweet every time we encountered each other! Dear Elias, Christina and Vefa, you made my short vacation a lot more special! Thank you!

Good location to explore the city.

Location is great, in the , in the middle of the city close to the promenade and old quarter. Breakfast had a good variety, hot drinks from the machine, good qaulity. Roome were renovated but not finished to the end, some small things missing. No public parking nearby, parking garage is expensive.
