Quite nice, relaxing and comfy.

The aesthetic of the room was nice. Location was nice, although if you are a light sleeper you will be disturbed by the loud noise from the clubs on the ground floor. Water pressure in the showers was amazing. And finally, the bed was super comfy, ideal after an exhausting day.

Bedlinen weren't tucking to the mattress. VERY disturbing to try fixing the linens whilst you are sleeping in order to not feel the mattress. Also, thin walls. Could hear the others from the next rooms talking a lot. Finally, the room only had on chair for the kitchen table. There should be more.

Great location & value for money

It was our second time to stay at one of their Pantheon apartments in Ladadika, Thessaloniki, so the location for us is very convenient - in the center of the city, close to bakeries, cafes, tavernas, shopping area & parking. The Pantheon apartments are located in a comunist-looking old building, but are nicely renovated.

I don't like that the host has no other option to be reached out except on a land line or Booking chat. Once the reservation is paid I would appreciate a communication on a free of charge platfrom, such as Whatsapp or Viber. The questions I asked in the chat on Booking were left unaswered, instead, I kept receiving automated messages with check-in instructions, etc. This time the apartment was not equippped with a hair dryer and we relized that only after we bathed our one-year old baby. The host said they couldn't provide one in that hour. Nobody brought one in the morning either.

Very good

It was a beautiful and tastefully decorated room, very spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent, central and close to everything. A truly lovely room, I recommend it!

The room had poor soundproofing, so we could hear a lot of noise. Also, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, which was inconvenient. Overall, this didn’t affected our comfort during the stay.

The location

Everything- there was no tv, bathroom was dirty and the room was very dreary looking. Very much like a hostel setting. We notified the property we were not going to stay and left and found another property nearby. We were charged full fee. (There is a photo on this page i can not deleted what has nothing to do with the property)

This was my second stay at Nili Apartments, but the first time at the Pantheon location. Previously, I stayed on another street and everything was fine. The apartment itself and the location are both good — clean, well-furnished, and convenient. However, the support service was deeply disappointing. On the first night, the air conditioner barely worked, and the room stayed at 27°C despite the heat. It took a long time to get a response and be moved to another unit with a functioning AC. Then the internet went down. I left several messages — they replied once and then completely stopped responding, both on Booking and WhatsApp. I ended up spending the rest of my stay without internet, and no one made any effort to fix it. Overall, while the apartment is decent, the management service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the owners. They clearly need a more professional team. I won’t be staying here again.

A not welcoming experience

The location of the apartment is great, close to everything

The communication with the host is non existent. They ignored all my messages and my requests even if we previously agreed something. I had to call booking to receive the extra sheets I asked for. All my other messages sent on Whatsapp were ignored. They claim they are at your service with everything you need, but they never were. No glasses in the room - only 3 coffee cups. A chair was broken and luckily we saw in time - you can fall and break your neck on that chair. I mentioned that to the host - no answer. Under the couch was dirty - we had to move it a little because the air conditioning were too strong in that spot and we discovered the dirt. I asked for a blanket because it was chill over night with the AC working (but too hot without it). No answer from the host. Overall an not welcoming experience and I would never come back there.

Not recommended despite the location and price

Very dangerous place, elevator was broken and we stayed locked inside for 15 minutes. Lights on some of the floors are not working and is really dark and creepy. The bed is totally uncomfortable. In the bathroom the shower is broken, same for the hair dryer. Won't visit the place again, do not recommend it despite the location and price.

Great stay

The location is exceptional. Right in the center of Ladadika. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and the AC was working exceptionally.

I am giving this rating a 9 due to the issues with the TV antenna. Unfortunately, there is no response from the host until thew next day, if something happens.

Great accomodation

The location of the flat was great. The directions provided in the message was very clear and easy to follow. It was very easy self check-in so we did not have any problems although we arrived to the flat around 4 o'clock at night. The room is very comfortable and the sea view was nice although we could not enjoy it.

The apartment is super central, location is amazing. The check in was really smooth.

The elevator is super claustrophobic. There was no hangers in the bathroom so we didn’t have a place where we could hand the towels. There was no holder for the toilet paper as well. It looked like the apartment was still in construction, a lot of necessary things were missing. The sheets were with stains all over them, they were cleaned but it don’t look nice to sleep on so much stained sheets. Construction is still going on in the building and it was loud.

Very clean, everything inside was new. Even though there are 10 nightclubs in close proximity it was very quiet in the room.

Disappointing

The location is good, with lateral sea view, near the taverns.

We didn't like the fact that the water pressure was almost inexistent, there were issues with the hot water and the water was not draining from the shower....we had to take a cold shower in the first day since the response from the agent was late. The sheets had stains...in the bathroom was a bad smell. The trip with the elevator was like being in a roller coaster...scary.

Exceptional

Room was very comfortable, clean, pretty, looked brand new like in a 5* hotel :) Nice view from the window. Great location - a lot of restaurants, bars, near marina. Host left good instructions and we felt very well took care of, also good communication with them if needed.

Never rent it

I wait until 6pm to have access to the room that I have to leave at 11am. In the street there is one of the biggest nightclub in town with music till 7am on Saturday night. The room is in an abandoned building in renovation and the workers woke me up with drill at 9am on Sunday morning!

Καθαρό, άνετο μικρό στούντιο. Σωστή, ρυθμιζόμενη θέρμανση. Πολύ άνετο στρώμα. Τοποθεσία πάνω από τα Λαδάδικα, χωρίς θόρυβο λόγω του 6ου ορόφου.

Είσοδος της πολυκατοικίας και ασανσέρ υποβαθμισμένα. Έλλειψη μια μικρής χειρονομίας υποδοχής μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Локацията е на 2мин. от пристанището и основната туристическа алея. Близко е до всички от популярните туристически локации. На 1мин. от хотела има пешеходна зона пълна с ресторанти и кафенета. Локацията е доста добра и ако сравняваме цена - качество, наистина е доста, доста добре.

На входа няма никаква табела от която да става ясно, че се намираш на точното място. Не на всяка кутия за ключовете има номер, и трябва да гадаеш, коя кой номер е, и да пробваш кодовете докато уцелиш правилната. Входът е доста занемарен и няма добър вид. Асансьорът е странен... малък, бавен и влизаш от една страна а излизаш от друга, а когато си с детска количка това не е никак удобно, защото трудно се маневрира. На 6 етаж, стълбището е нахвърляно с всевъзможни неща, които не изглеждат приятно. Няма оставен телефон за контакт и при нужда, трябва да го търсиш в интернет. А при някакъв проблем, не те отразяват много. В стаята няма нито една закачалка, което създава известен дискомфорт.

Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας στο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα θετική. Κατά την κράτηση αναφερόταν ότι είναι κατάλληλο για παιδιά, όμως στην πραγματικότητα δεν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να μας παρέχουν κρεβατάκι για το παιδί. Επιπλέον, κατά τη διάρκεια τεσσάρων ημερών μας δόθηκε μόνο ένα ρολό χαρτί υγείας, χωρίς περαιτέρω εξυπηρέτηση. Θα περιμέναμε μεγαλύτερη φροντίδα και καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση από τη διαχείριση του καταλύματος.
