Vec drugi put sam u istom smestaju.Odusevljena sam apartmanom.Ima sve sto je potrebno.Lokacija je savrsena ,parking preko puta a setaliste veoma blizu.Ovog puta je bilo malo bucnije ujutru jer su neki radovi u toku,inace predhodne godine je bilo izuzetno tiho i mirno.

Communication and location was good, it was good value for money.

It was in a city square where were a few clubs so it was loud during the night even on work days. Apartment don’t have a lot of kitchenware so it could be a problem to cook food, if you plan on it. Also, during our stay something was being fixed very loudly.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Ladadika. Even though there are many clubs and restaurants outside, the room is not noisy. You can still hear some sounds from outside, but they are not disturbing at all. The interior of the room is modern and stylish. Just to mention for future guests traveling by car: although Google Maps shows that it is possible to enter the street where the property is located, access by car is actually not allowed. However, there is a large 24/7 multi-storey parking garage just 3–5 minutes walking distance from the property, which was very convenient.

The cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned, the kettle had what looked like old coffee residue inside, and it did not have a handle, which made it difficult and unsafe to use with boiling water. The cups and shelves were also dirty. In addition, the Wi-Fi did not work during our stay. Other than that, I do not have any additional complaints.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet guten Komfort auf dem Sofa und dem Bett. Auch die kleine Küchenzeile ist sehr praktisch und funktionabel. Die Ausstattung ist eher begrenzt aber für die meisten Zwecke vermutlich auch nicht nötig. Das Wasser der Dusche hatte eine tolle Temperatur.

Wir haben eine kleine Schabe im Bad entdeckt. Wir wurden außerdem am Morgen von extrem lauten Bohrgeräuschen geweckt die über mehrere Stunden durch das Zimmer dröhnten. Wir mussten unseren Schlaf leider abbrechen. Erholend war das nicht. Der Eingang des Hauses sieht sehr gruselig aus und das Treppenhaus sowie die Etagen bis zum Apartment sind in einem furchtbaren Zustand. Um einen herum befinden sich lauter unfertige Baustellen auf denen Teils gearbeitet wird, und teils das Haus vermüllt wird. Als Allein Reisender hätte ich mich dort nicht wohl gefühlt.
