Disgusting.

Absolutely nothing to like about this property.

Where can I start?It took me over an hour to find my room.I stayed only one night and I slept with my clothes on.Balcony was dirty .Small Kitcen very dirty.Toilet and shower room absolutely disgusting. I ended up booking somewhere else to stay my remaining days.I send a message to the owner with photos .He saw the message but never responded. I lost 2 nights money for nothing.Properties like that make thessaloniki look very bad.I also got in touch with Booking.com but due to data protection I have to call them.Strange!Pity I can only put 4 photos.

Great value for money!

Value for money stay in a good location near the center, bathrooms were clean and the view of the balcony is great. Keys were easy to collect and the room was accessible with two elevators available. Metro and buses are extremely close to the room, only 4 mins away by foot.

Only downside was the TV wasn't working. Not that we needed the TV, just for the review purposes. And the worst one was the parking. Be careful there's an extra 10 euro per day fee for a parking spot under the building, otherwise you'll have to go with your luck and find a parking spot near the center which is pretty damn hard to find, not impossible, but still hard.

Our stay in Thessaloniki was wonderful. The studio was very well equipped, with a washing machine, iron, and a small kitchen area. The spacious terrace with its amazing view was definitely a highlight. The location was also excellent – just a 10-minute walk to the seafront with many restaurants and bars, and close to Aristotelous Square.

Very nice view, very clean. You have everything you need in a house in there. Loved the experience: very quiet neighborhood; just a few minutes away from the center, very close to the bus and sea. Loved everything about this place.

Terrible

Do not rent out a place that us not usable. We were given a different suite last minute and the list of issues was endless; - No light in shower. - No hot water at any point (with heater switch). - No shower curtain, water everywhere in bathroom. - Cracked/broken sink. - Toilet did not flush properly. - Hot plates did not work properly (warm only), unable to cook. - Pipes across ceiling with running water/sloshing noises all night. - Dirty cutlery, dishes.

Great view and location, but some downsides

Location is great. Some good bars and restaurants near the apartment, but just outside the city center, which makes it a bit quieter. Great view from the balcony, especially the sunset.

Check-in instructions were not communicated timely. Host was not particularly friendly over the phone. The bathroom requires some maintenance: ventilation is lacking, causing mold growth between the tiles, and shower head holder has come loose.

The apartment had everything you needed. air conditioning, hot water, washing machine, clean towels, clean bed linen, smart TV. A very cozy apartment, and the view from the balcony is worth it, both during the day and in the evening! The owner provided all the information regarding check-in in detail, there were no problems with this.

Unfortunately, it was not entirely clear how the eviction would take place; when I wrote to the owner, he never responded.

Konum mükemmel. Yürüyerek istediğimiz yerleri gezebildik. Tavernaya yürüyerek gidebildik. Alışveriş marketler yürüme mesafesinde. İhtiyacınızdan dazla eşya var apartta. Ütü bile vardı. İki kişi için yeterli büyüklükte bir apart. Banyo konforlu değil ama temiz. İnternet fiber çok iyi çekiyor. Otopark hemen apartmanın altında . Aracınızı güvenli otoparka bırakıp yürüyerek heryeri gezebilirsiniz. Çünkü selanikte merkezde otopark büyük sorun.

Śniadanie nie było wliczone w cenę. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Do wszystkich atrakcji Salonik można dojść na piechotę. Bardzo ładny widok z apartamentu. Duży balkon. Wygodne szerokie łóżko na dwie osoby.

Bardzo mało miejsca pod prysznicem. Mała łazienka wymagająca odświeżenia. Urwany uchwyt na słuchawkę prysznicową. Brak deski do krojenia. Ktoś kto sprzątał apartament nie pomyślał o tym, że jak się ma 187 cm wzrostu to widać że kurz z najwyższej półki nie został wytarty

Nimic nu mi- a plăcut.Intr- o camera mică sunt înghesuite de toate.Garsoniera confort I ,nu apartament. De bai nu mai vorbesc, jalnic.Paturile de groaza.De fapt un pat și un fotoliu rabatabil. Nu recomand. Parcare nu există.Au zis că au,apoi că e ocupata și să căutăm în jur,ceea ce este foarte greu de găsit .

Bett war komfortabel und die Aussicht war genial Für eine Woche war es in Ordnung. Die Küche war auch in Ordnung aber es hat an Geschirr gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und unproblematisch

Bad richt modrig und wirkt nicht sauber, der Lüfter im Bad ist verschmutzt und nicht sehr effizient. Dadurch das kein Fliegengittrr vorhanden ist kann man nicht über den Balkon lüften (wobei man trotzdem seeeehr viele Moskitos in der Unterkunft hat. Die Klimaanlage schafft Abhilfe aber es ist trotzdem sehr warm und feucht/stickig in der Unterkunft. Klapptisch defekt und in der Küche fehlen Messer. Durch die Moskitos sehr schlaflose Nächte und man hat auch nur eine dünne Decke, für meinen Geschmack war diese zu dünn. Tipp an den Vermieter: Fliegenklatsche, Mückenspray für den Raum und ein Fliegengitter wären hier nicht verkehrt, sowie eine bessere Geschirr/Besteckauswahl.
