A nice apartment. It had everything it needed. Good wifi, the heat was good for the winter and the location was close to the center

The room was very nicely put together. With all necessary equipment for everyones stay. Internet was very good and fast. It was 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of the city. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Unterkunft lag in einer relativ guten Lage, von der aus man vieles gut erreichen konnte.

Was mir allerdings nicht gefallen hat, war das Gebäude selbst – das Wohnhaus wirkte etwas unheimlich und auch der Aufzug war nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend. In der Wohnung gab es außerdem ein paar defekte Dinge, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt insgesamt in Ordnung, aber mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt könnte es deutlich angenehmer sein.

Ár-érték arányban jó.

Viszonylag közel volt a belváros, a Fehér torony és a tengerpart 1 - 1.5 km gyalog. Rengeteg az üzlet a közelben. A szallás belül éppen elég 2 fő részére. Van kapszulás kávéfőző, hajszárító, és egy klassz sütő. Az appartmant tisztán vettük át. Lidl autóval 5 percre, 2 utcával fentebb pedig egy nagyobb bolt található. Bejutni nagyon könnyű volt a lakásba, egy kóddal kaptuk meg a kulcsokat, a tulaj folyamatosan tartotta velünk a kapcsolatot. Alapjában véve ár - érték arányt tekintve, én ajánlanám az ingatlant, csak a parkolásra oda kell figyelni, hogy hol áll meg az ember.

A környék nem a legjobbnak mondható. (Ez nem az elit rész, de atrocitás soha nem ért, a közbiztonság kimondottan jó) Biztonságosnak mondanám, azonban az autónkat össze vissza karcolták a szomszéd (kereszt) utcában és be is ütötték 2 helyen a lemezt rajta. Érdemesebb a rendőrség közelében parkolni, ott már nem volt ilyen probléma. A szemben lévő 2 épület lakatlan, és az urcában több ház sincs túl jó állapotban, sok közülük lakatlan, viszont folynak építkezések, néhány most épül. Ami nekünk furcsa volt, hogy a lakásban nincs mosógép, és a kavéfőzön kívül csak a hűtő és a sütő van. Örültünk volna legalább egy vízforralónak és egy kenyérpirítónak. A matrac nagyon kényelmes, de az ágy nagyon recseg, többször féltünk, hogy összerogy. A vízmelegítő kapacitása csak szűkösen eleg 2 fő zuhanyzásához.

Zusammenfassend würde ich doch sagen, dass das Apartment sich lohnt, weil für diese Preis es genug gemütlich, bequem und

- Die Unterkunft hatte eine top Lage: 10 Minuten vom Zentrum und 7 vom Meer entfernt. Der Laden befand sich in demselben Gebäude - das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns früher einchecken lassen - TV hat super funktioniert, es gibt ein Netflix-Konto von dem Apartment - es gab eine Klimaanlage, sonst hätten wir im Zimmer gefroren - Das Bett war gut

- die Aussicht war ein bisschen enttäuschend - Möbel war teilweise kaputt (eine Schublade in der Küche, Dusche) - es gab keinen Wasserkocher - Boden war sehr kalt - dünne Wände, weswegen wir 2 Tage von 5 einen grausamen Lärm gehört haben, weil jemand aus der Wohnung über dem Apartment sich entschieden hat, 24-Stunden-Wohnungsrenovierung-Challenge zu machen - Das Badezimmer war leider auch nicht in einem guten Zustand und war unbequem: Erstens gab es einen Boiler, der vor 15-25 Minuten vor der Dusche eingeschaltet werden musste. Wenn Sie 2 Leute sind, ist es nicht sehr bequem, da wenn einer rauskommt, müssen Sie noch 15-25 Minuten Pause machen. Zweitens war der ganze Boden im Badezimmer nach der Dusche nass. Das Wasser bleibt nicht in der Duschkabine und fließt weiter, deswegen müssen Sie mindestens mit 2 Tücher rechnen, die Sie auf den Boden legen müssten um komplette Überflutung des Zimmers zu vermeiden. Man darf dazu nicht vergessen, dass das Bad immer noch sehr klein und kompakt ist, weswegen die nassen Tücher, die Sie dafür verwendet haben werden unbedingt mit Ihnen auf der Toilette kontaktieren.
