They double booked the apartment and left me on the street!

I am a person with disability and when I made the reservation I contacted the owner to confirm that it is accessible and I got positive confirmation. Today, on the day of my arrival I messaged them to get directions but they told me that they have double booked the apartment and offered me another that has stairs but they were "nice" to offer me help with lifting which is not an option for me. Than they were delaying solution for 6 hours living me on the street to finally tell me that I need to book another apartment which is more expensive. As I don't have the extra money in me I am left on the street as a disabled person for Easter night.

Wrong location

Apartment was clean

I arrived to location described on add and find out the apartment was in Dodekanisou 13, Thessaloniki 546 26. I have to wait because they were still cleaning the room. No free WiFi was provided. Location was on a busy road and very noise at night. Room was very cold and air conditioning took a long time to heat it up. In order to have hot water I have to press a button on a electrical switch and it was not indicated anywhere, I have to contact host.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) «ΑΠΟΛΥΤΗ ΚΟΡΟΪΔΙΑ!!! 😡 Έκλεισα το Casa Perfecto για 1-3 Αυγούστου και λίγα λεπτά μετά μου λένε ότι το σπίτι δεν υπάρχει! Με στέλνουν να κάνω αίτηση δωρεάν ακύρωσης και 1,5 μήνα μετά ακόμα περιμένω τα χρήματά μου! Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι απαράδεκτη και ανεύθυνη: δεν σηκώνει τηλέφωνα, αγνοεί μηνύματα και όταν τη “πιέσεις” κλείνει το κινητό στα μούτρα σου. Προφανώς προσπαθεί να κρατήσει τα χρήματα χωρίς να παρέχει τίποτα. ΑΥΤΟ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΚΑΤΑΛΥΜΑ, ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΠΑΤΗ ΚΑΙ ΕΦΙΑΛΤΗΣ! 😡 Αν θέλετε να γλιτώσετε stress, νεύρα και λεφτά, ΜΗΝ πλησιάσετε ποτέ το Casa Perfecto. Δεν αξίζει ούτε για να το βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες Ντροπή και αίσχος για την ιδιοκτήτρια!

apenas a comunicação com anfitrião foi fraca, para ter acesso a chave tive que mandar msg que normalmente sempre mandam antes, tivemos um problema com sofa cama o qual mandamos mensagem e não nos ajudou.

Ο καναπές κρεβάτι δεν ασφαλίζει σωστά με αποτέλεσμα να πέφτει ο μισός ανά διαστήματα. Δεν διαθέτει wi-fi (χωρίς να είναι πρόβλημα αυτό για εμάς).
