for this price it was ok. Car parking or wifi is not possible.
Was a little bit noisy. and the 2 other guys need to go through my room fpr shower and toilett. Parking is very very difficult.

Noisy neighbours
The unit had a good amount of space and had what we needed for our short stay
The upstairs neighbour could be heard at early morning hours as the main room lights rattled when they walked. There is no air circulation in the main room if the doors are closed to block out the noise. There was also miscommunication with where we could store our luggage when we arrived early and also had to wait an hour past our check in time due to previous occupants not leaving on time

A déconseiller sauf pour l'emplacement
L'emplacement avec les transports en commun tout proches. Un quartier avec plein de commerçants pour faire les courses.
Le logement est très très brillant. Si vous dormez dans le canapé, c'est le bruit de la rue toute la nuit sur lit inconfortable car cassé et le bruit du magasin en dessous de l'appartement. Comme il est ouvert toute la nuit, vous entendez la musique du magasin en permanence. Et puis à chaque client vous entendez la porte du magasin. Donc n'espèrez pas dormir. Dans les 2 chambres vous n'entendrez pas les bruits de la rue mais ceux du magasin donc musique et porte. Ce n'est donc pas beaucoup mieux. Les stores pour la nuit sont difficiles à fermer car en partie cassés. Dans la cuisine il y a 5 couverts donc si vous êtes 6... Le robinet de la cuisine ne permet pas d'avoir d'eau chaude, pas pratique pour la vaisselle. Aucune explication pour le fonctionnement de la hôtte dont la lumière ne fonctionne pas. Enfin pas possibilité d'augmenter le chauffage donc ne louez pas quand il fait froid ! Appartement que nous déconseillons de louer.

Bulliciosamente cómodo
Estaba ubicado en mucho comercio 24 horas, cerca de metro y es cómodo y grande.
Los vecinos es muy bullicioso tanto los vecinos de los pisos de arriba como los vecinos de Alfrente, que se ponían a bailar en la calle, se escuchaba todo tipo de conversación u otra cosa que por el idioma no entendíamos que era.

El apartamento estaba limpio, cerca a la estación de metro, las personas encargadas del lugar son muy amables, te ayudan mucho con cualquier duda y/o situación además de estar en un lugar con bastantes supermercados cerca a buenos precios.
