Awful and disgusting

Nothing is good about the property

Very dirty there were lots of mouses and cockroaches all over even on the beds!! We couldn’t sleep at all

Not worth what you are spending.

The property is 2 mins walkable distance from metro station that is the only point I like.

The place is full of bed bugs. 4-5 rooms share one toilet and bathroom and there is not lock for the bathroom as well as there is another room inside bathroom which can be open whenever the tenant wants to. No proper water supply and doors were also broken. No internet.

The beds were comfortable

Bed bugs, poorly cleaned, hole in the wall, no proper blankets, room instead of apartment. Shared bathroom could not be locked. Toilet poorly installed.

Near to train station and centre

They gave me different room than committed. Room was dirty and stairs were shaky. It’s understandable that building is old but minimum maintenance needs to be done else it risky for the guest. Booking.com should have some criteria for keeping any apartment for rent.

Terrifying experience. Big fraud.

The reservation was for a studio with private bathroom and kitchen but such an accomodation did not exist in this residence. All the sudios (5) in both floors shared one bathroom which was part of one of the rooms. This means that while you were taking a shower someone could have passed in front of you entering or leaving the room inside the bathroom. There was no light in the toilet so you had to use a flashlight. Inside the room the one and only power socket was detached. There was no place to hang your clothes and not even one chair. Just two beds. There was a large hole in the wall that reached all the way to the floor through which it was connected to the neighboring room. The entire building gave you the impression that it was on the verge of collapsing. Every time a large vehicle passed by on the road, the whole house would shake. It was very hard to communicate with the host. She did not spreak English.

**Title: Misleading Photos and Poor Accommodation** I booked a place that looked great in the photos, but it turned out to be very different. There was no WIFI available, despite it being advertised as free. When I asked, the tenant said, "No wifi. Tonight only wifi come." We booked for 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids), but there were no proper arrangements for us. The toilet's dustbin was full, and there were even no clean chairs, dressing table or wardrobe just plain bed. The stairs handrail was shaky as if it can break any time. It felt more like a place for a quick 2-hour check-in rather than an actual stay. We were left feeling unsafe and traumatized, prompting us to cancel our stay. Stay at your own risk.

Nada no me gusto nada, aparte de que las instalaciones se Caian a pedazos y el lugar estaba super sucio y lleno de cucarachas habia un olor horrible a sustancias psicotropicas. Y los mas horrible fue que le robaran mis malestas con mis pertemnecias.

Un infierno. Fue terrible

Para empezar, las chinches fueron el menor de nuestros problemas (no habían, hay q decir). La habitación estaba sucia y la cocina daba asco; puertas rotas y cucarachas que se metían en la nevera. La ubicación del alojamiento dejaba bastante que desear, porque aunque no estaba muy lejos del centro, yo no pasearía de noche por esas calles. No paraba de subir y bajar gente sin parar, pero lo mejor de todo fue la última noche. A las doce y poco de la noche, se empezó a escuchar mucho ruido, seguido de gritos y amenazas en varios idiomas. Ruido de cristales rotos y de repente una amenaza de un hombre armado con un cuchillo. Las puertas eran de papel y de una patada se podía tirar. Nos tuvimos que poner todas bloqueando la puerta hasta que la policía llegó, y aún así se continuó escuchando ruido de peleas y gritos. Fue realmente aterrador. No vayáis aquí si queréis salir ilesos.

J’ai rien aimé l’établissement est vieux et les chambres pire encore, les draps de lits pas de la qualité, pas beaucoup d’espace, les chauffages ne fonctionnaient pas, y’avait pas de l’eau chaude, ils disent dans l’équipe que y’a une cuisine, or y’avait rien y’avait même pas un micro-ondes. Donc suis trop déçu

Ma pire expérience sur booking

Nous avions signalé notre arrivé à 15h pour obtenir les clés, cela avait été accepté par le propriétaire mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés personne n’était là et il ne nous avait pas envoyé le code. Nous avions loué un studio, il s’agit en fait d’une chambre sans salle de bain, sans cuisine, sans terrasse, sans même une bouilloire pour faire un thé. La salle de pain est sur le pallier et ne peut être fermé alors qu’il y a une porte d’une autre chambre donc aucune intimité. Pire encore nous avons trouvé des punaises de lit à notre réveil. Cet établissement devrait être interdit sur booking et son propriétaire poursuivi.

Déjà nous n’avons passés la nuit dans l’établissement car très sale, cancrelat par terre, douche très sale, chambres non conformes aux images en ligne comme reportés à vos services booking, des lingettes sales… très dégouté surtout que j’étais avec les enfants.

Singurele lucruri bune în apartamentul în care ne-a cazat cu 2 camere -am avut 4 paturi super mari și un pat de o persoană făcut din saltele suprapuse una peste alta ,confortabile,curate,cu saltele cred că noi sau aproape noi,prosoapele au fost curate.Nu au fost ploșnițe cum am văzut că au scris alte persoane în alte recenzii.Nu aș putea spune cum sunt celelalte apartamente

Noi nu suntem foarte pretențioși,dar aici curățenia a fost cam dezastru,apartamentul vechi,podeaua și ușile scârțâie,este un miros nu prea wow când intrii pe hol să urci în apartament,baia veche,cada a fost curată și toaleta să zicem așa,apa a curs încet la duș Am fost foarte stresați pt că am închiriat în martie și nu erau recenzii,apoi au apărut tot felul de recenzii negative pe booking și nu știam la ce să ne așteptăm,cum că sunt ploșnițe,că sunt gândaci,șoareci că e dezastru,că nu se prezintă doamna să îți dea cheile,că e mizerie,vă dați seama ce stres ținând cont că am fost și cu un copil Când am închiriat era vorba de un apartament mare ,mare cu multe paturi în descriere cu 2 saloane ,3 băi și două dormitoare imense,apoi ne-am trezit că avem la 8 persoane 3 paturi-2 duble și unul dublu extralarge, și un apartament de 40mp Dar între timp au schimbat descrierea și pe booking și de fapt sunt mai multe apartamente,nouă în final când am ajuns acolo ne-au dat un apartament cam de vreo 60 mp cu 5 paturi Nimic nu a bătut cu ce am închiriat,dar într-un final după mult stres și gânduri că ajungem seara și ce ne facem doamna a venit mai repede de cum am pus ora check-inului,noi ajungând mai repede cu vreo oră-în 5 minute a fost acolo ,aș putea spune că am avut noroc chior și am dormit bine pt că paturile au fost bune Cazarea se face cu cheaia-nu au cutie de unde să iei cheia cu cod Nu ecomand cazarea aceasta,nu te prea înțelegi cu ei,vorbesc doar franceză,nu răspund la mesaje cum ar trebui,te lasă așa de nu știi ce să faci cu gânduri și stres Pt persoanele pretențioase exclus de cazat aici și totuși pt prețul pe care l-am plătit,nu a fost foarte exagerat de mare,dar totuși trebuia să fie cât de cât curat,să ai o masă în bucătărie,scaune,nu este nici frigider și aș mai putea spune multe,aaa una dintre colege a văzut un șoricel în bucătărie NU RECOMAND Eu știți ce nu înțeleg cum boockingul dă voie să se închirieze asemenea apartamente

fueron amables con nosotros y nos trajeron papel higienico y agua, ya que el agua no era potable. Agradecimientos al hombre que nos atendió. La mujer del número de telefono facilitado mal.

Hacia mucho calor. El apartamento en sí estaba sucio, el suelo de la ducha estaba tan sucia que nos tuvimos que duchar con chanclas. en una de las tres noches en la que estuvimos en el apartamento, a una compañera le picaron chinces por todo el cuerpo y la cara, a los dias se le empezaron a hinchar las picaduras y casi acaba en urgencias. ruego que tengan aunque sea un minimo de responsabilidad con la limpieza. ah, y por si era poco, le hablé por whatsapp rogandole que tuvieran un poco de limpieza y me bloquearon. en fin, nada recomendable pd: el apartamento esta mal ubicado, en la peor zona de bruselas en cuanto a seguridad
