Nothing to not like!

There is absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The agency is always available, and the staff is very friendly. To be honest, I've read the previous reviews and even wanted to cancel my reservation.Thank God , I didn't ! We spent three wonderful days in this apartment : we swam in the pool, visited stunningly clean beaches (Plavi Horizonti is highly recommended), and explored Kotor. Unlike previous reviews, the apartment had both cold and hot water all the time))))). The beds are very comfortable - we really appreciated that. The first time we went to the apartment, the slope seemed steep. But then we didn't even notice it anymore. Walking down and up is not a problem (unless of course you are an elderly person). But the view from the apartment is really amazing. We really enjoyed everything! Thank you and we will definitely come to this apartment again.

Location and views are gorgeous. Nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located with short walk to restaurants and the beach.

The appartment is pretty, well equipped and clean and true to the photos. A welcome bottle of wine was provided. The view was splendid. Agency staff very helpful : making the best she could of a poor situation.

The appartment is advertised as having a bay view so you can imagine that is close to sea front. This is not the case. There is a very very steep hill to climb from the main road. I imagined that this would be ok as we had a car but the road is very narrow and once on the main road the traffic was so bad from 9am in the morning onwards(40 mins to cross Kotor which is the only road) using the car was made very complicated. The nearest small market for food is 15 mins walk up and down that hill with bags of shopping as the main road has almost no place to stop a car… I had fractured my foot before coming to the flat so if I had known all of this I would definitely have changed locations. The appartment is also advertised as having access to a swimming pool. This is not really true as even with respectful use within our access times (2hours in the morning and 2 in the evening) the people (owners? But who must be taking money for this service? ) in the flat below looking onto the pool were evidently very annoyed that we were using it , telling us not to sit in the chairs, making a lot of noise whilst we were there, crowding near us to “take photos” and generally making us feel unwelcome. We tried the first day but not again. On our second day in the flat the water supply was completely cut off all afternoon and night making impossible to drink, flush toilet, take a shower or prepare food. So we had to go up and down that hill again to buy water.. and the appartment smelt like a sewage plant…”The beach” is a series of concrete jetties that line the road. Locals sunbathe and swim there but the water is quite dirty and you must put your towel down on concrete / gravel or a bit of rubbly grass if you are lucky. Not brilliant as a substitute for access to a swimming pool..that we had paid for …along with full running water …
