An absolutely exceptional stay, truly deserving of a five stars. The villa’s location is simply stunning, nestled near the sea and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty that created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our visit. The convenience of a private parking area located directly beneath the building, reserved exclusively for guests, made arrival and unloading effortless and stress-free. The first-floor rooms were impressively large, newly renovated, and impeccably clean, offering a refined and luxurious feel. Each room opens onto its own balcony with gorgeous views, making morning coffee an unforgettable experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which is ideal for longer stays or remote work. Above all, the host was outstanding—attentive, responsive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a truly wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We were delighted with this location. It is located on the old part of the Bay of Kotor, a very beautiful area where the buildings and the landscape are impressive. The house is newly renovated and furnished, and provides all the facilities you may need: new kitchen equipped with everything you need, the living room is large and allows you to relax, the bedrooms are very comfortable and quiet and the two bathrooms ensure the necessary comfort for several people. The terrace offered us a wonderful view to enjoy our morning coffee. Very important is that free parking is provided at the location. A bonus is the garden, which does not exist in many locations and for children it was a delight. For us it was also important that it is pet friendly. The hosts make you feel welcome, they are very helpful, they provided us with information about the area. WIFI is available. There are very good restaurants in the area, small shops. We also had a small beach where we went down in the evening with a glass of wine, it is a dream. The distance to Kotor can be covered on foot (we walked) but those who wish can go by car or bus. 10 out of 10 for everything it offers (we have been to many locations but here we found everything we wanted and more). We can't wait to come back in the summer for a longer stay. I highly recommend the location and the hosts. Thank you for everything!
