Perfect place for a get away with amazing views of the bay.

Can’t beat the location. The views from the balcony are astonishing. The store down by the road helps out a lot for the essentials. Staff are accommodating and nice.

The kitchen has seen its fair share of use, worn out but still usable.

Best choice apt. For a big family.

The apt is very close to the beach and has a magnificent view from the balcony. The apt has two double beds and two single beds enough for 6 persons. I have enjoyed the hospitality of Mikica(the manager) as well as the staff. Good people who make you feel comfortable. I recommend it if you are planning to visit modenegro.

Great for relaxing and very nice view

If you go in summer, you can swim right in front of the house. The garden is open to public use and you can barbecue or chill on the grass. There are also swings etc for children. The room and the beds are clean and comfortable.

On the quieter opposite shore of the Bay of Kotor. You need to walk a bit for the market and restaurants. You can ask hair dryer or kitchen stuff vs if you stay long period.

Incredible location, excellent host, Super value!!!

This location was excellent, our host was wonderful. It was easy to find- great central location between kotor and Tivat, excellent property with easy access to swimming! The stay was just as described and perfect for our family.

NOT A BIG DEAL, just wish we had known; We did not know that we should have brought our own toiletries. It was unexpected that there were not extra rolls of toilet paper, hand/body soap, etc.

The host upgraded the room at the rooftop for us. The sea view is glorious and fabulous.

Wonderful Holiday Option for Families

The host was friendly, supportive and accommodated us well. The host also gave us good recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing options. The property was clean and had mostly everything one would need for a holiday stay. The beds and linen were clean.

No disadvantage to the property in itself but with regards to the location, the property is located a fair walk from any restaurant or grocery store so be prepared to walk to these facilities if you need to.

We plan to come back!

Location is great, like 20m from the beach and with a nice view to the bay. The apartment has a sunbed and an umbrella we could take with us to the beach. Must mention the garden - well equipped even with beds with baldachin, under the trees, providing shade and comfortable rest outside. Our host Emil was extremely helpful - our previous host forget to give back our IDs and he drove 2-3 hours back and fourth to pick them up!

A coffee machine and a microwave oven could have been useful in the kitchen.

Poor

The location was great, 20 meters to the beach, you could basically walk in your bikini from the apartment. The views were amazing. A nice restaurant within walking distance (Tivat direction). The welcome staff was super friendly and accommodating. We got a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Air conditioning in the apartment worked fine :)

The apartament was not clean, bathroom floor was dirty, there were some items left in the fridge and under the bed from the previous guests. The bathroom and bedroom doors would not close - they remained always open because there was something wrong with the door handle. In some of the lamps the bulbs were missing. There were no boarding games as specified in the ad. The sheets in the garden beds were unclean too.

Perfect view and clean sea. Comfort and clean room. Teras is so big. There is a child park and big garden and so many good fruit trees. Workers are so helpful and kind. Espiacialy big thank to Ogi who is best worker i have ever seen. Tamam

Nice view from balcony!

I like the fresh air and the odour from the pines.

I would like to see lower prices in that region. If the prices remain so high, then the region will collapse in a short period. There you can see so many empty apartments, even for sale! So, hurry up and adjust the prices in accordance with the current pandemic situation, then you'll get positive results. 75.00 Euro per night out of season is tremendously high! No justification whatever view or location is!

It was a good stay.

A great place to spent your holidays in a quite and spectacular surrounding of Kotor Bay. The room, kitchen, bathroom and surrounding have met my expectations. There is a parking lot next to the facility for up to 5 cars. My recommendation is to arrive by car if you want to explore the neighborhood, beaches close to Budva (Trsteno, Ploce) or drive to bigger grocery stores for shopping. Yet prepare for narrow roads along the bay when driving to and from your place. Driving on then requires some practice, but the sunsets you see and the views at the bay are worth it :). Alternatively, taking a taxi from TIV airport on Red Kotor taxi should cost you around 15 EUR one way. Check for the most updated price via what's up.

Close to sea (50 m), garden with barbecue and children playground. The host was very kind. He gave us a bottle of wine at our check-in and some souvenirs at check-out.

Am avut parte de un sejur absolut minunat! Cazarea a fost confortabilă și foarte bine echipată. Proprietarul este extrem de amabil, comunicativ și primitor, ceea ce a făcut toată experiența și mai plăcută. Un mare plus: acceptă căței, ceea ce pentru noi a contat enorm! 🐶❤️ Locația este grozavă – liniștită, dar în același timp aproape de toate punctele de interes din zonă. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni. Recomand cu toată încrederea!

Obsluga (właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna, pracownicy również bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni), parking, bliskość sklepu. Bardzo mocny internet! Czyste i pachnące ręczniki i pościel. Do sensownej plaży trzeba dojechać atutem ok 4-5 min. Duży ogród, strefa grill. W apartamencie znajdziemy pakiet powitalny (wino). Głównym atutem jest cena. Właściciel oferuje zniżki w swoich sklepach i restauracjach.

Apartament wymaga gruntownego odświeżenia a nawet remontu. W Łazience sedes sie rusza, uszczelki i silikony od prysznica, zlewu i sedesu do wymiany. Klimatyzacja też od dawna nie była serwisowana, lodówka do wymiany.

Excelente calidad precio

Excelente ubicación, muy tranquilo, del lado de la costa donde se mantienen las casas tradicionales (no como ocurre en Kotor y Perast). Ademas toda la costa cuenta muchos spots para tirarse al agua, y restaurants, y lejos del turisteo de los cruceros. El apartamento es comodisimo y lindisimo, con dos balcones, tv con todos los canales premium, refrigerador, etc. Muy completo.

Goede locatie met kleine gebreken.

Er was een ruim balkon waar je de hele dag in de schaduw kon zitten. Mooi uitzicht op de baai en op steenworp afstand van het strand. Host was erg behulpzaam, meedenkend en proactief.

Eén van de twee balkonnen wordt gedeeld met de buren. Wij hadden rokende buren en hadden daar wel last van. Wij waren met zijn 5en, allemaal achter elkaar douchen ging niet. Er was dan geen warm water meer. De slaapbank was keihard. Voelde alsof je op de grond lag. De zeep in de douche was heel smerig. Keukenspullen waren minimaal aanwezig.

Casina vista mare dove godersi un panorama mozzafiato

La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, la casa dove abbiamo alloggiato all’ultimo piano con vista mare era molto carina, la vista sulla baia è davvero spettacolare, l’aria condizionata è stata una salvezza, abbiamo avuto giornate molto molto calde ma tornare a casa e trovare l’appartamento fresco era fantastico. La spiaggetta è a pochi metri dalla casa, basta attraversare la strada. A pochi metri c’è anche un piccolissimo market, che però ci è stato utile più volte per comprare il pane o qualcosa per la colazione. Si trova molto vicino a Kotor. Lo consigliamo vivamente

Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare l’appartamento per problemi con la connessione, consigliamo di prendere subito una scheda con Internet appena arrivati in Montenegro. Anche il parcheggio a Kotor non è stato affar semplice: la prima volta non abbiamo trovato posto e abbiamo optato per andare a Perast, la seconda volta abbiamo provato a prendere un bus sotto casa (non c’è fermata, basta alzare la mano per fermarlo quando passa) ma dopo una lunga attesa senza successo abbiamo ritentato con la macchina, trovando fortunatamente un parcheggio libero. Consigliamo quindi di visitare Kotor evitando le ore di punta. Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento niente da commentare, solo occhio all’acqua calda che raggiunge temperature ustionanti (ci siamo bruciati anche toccando il rubinetto della doccia che era bollente).

Un endroit magnifique

Proximité avec la plage, eau claire, épicerie à proximité et surtout un parking dans la résidence. La climatisation fonctionne bien, le balcon avec vue mer avec une table pour manger, il y a un jardin avec Barbecue et table pour manger. Le personnel très dévoué nous a aidé à sortir les affaires de la voiture ainsi qu'à les remettre le jour du départ. On pense revenir dans cet endroit de rêve.
