The location, the parking and the amenities.
The balcony, it wasn’t a real balcony even though there is a space as part of the garden that our room was dedicated, I didn’t like that at all. I felt a little closed in, in a room and with the dog it was just not what we imagined. The garden could have been fenced a little better, coming this is a per friendly place.
