Room was clean and the appartment was right in front of the bay.

We got the studio and it was way different from the photos. The room was too small and with no windows. Location is 15min by car from Tivat and 25min from Kotor’s old town.

Charming sun and beach

A wonderful place at Kotor Bay. Free parking at the door, ground floor. Barriere free passage from the room to the private swimming mole. The view from the mole is astonning

The road is narrow so be prepared for slow and careful driving, this belongs to the charm of Kotor Bay area

Good location perfect for rest

Beach is usable thanks for the private beach side. The owner was very helpful, within 2 minutes I knew every detail of this area. Nice restaurants and small shop 5 minutes far. Use Tivat - Kotor scheduled bus for transit.

The bed was old and worn out shall be replace. No other negative.

Odmor, mir i opuštanje. Domaćin ima privatnu plažu i ležaljke na koju se stiže u 5 koraka!

Domaćin predusretljiv, ima dobru rakiju dobrodošlice. Nije nametljiv, voli da pomogne i da pojasni ako nešto nije bilo jasno.

Ja ne bi ništa mijenjala.

Magnifiques paysages et super hôtes

Hôtes géniaux, plage en face de l'appartement, vue exceptionnelle, proximité à pied des restaurants et épicerie.

Pour ceux qui viennent en conduisant, les routes sont petites et sinueuses. Il suffit de rouler doucement et de prendre le temps de passer chacun son tour avec les personnes qui arrivent en face.

Recenzije treba da budu od koristi, a ne da daju lažnu sliku u ovom slučaju lošiju. Logično je da ima razlike u objektu sa pet i sa jednom zvezdicom, tako da nisam pristalica davanja ocene 10, ali ovaj objekat svakako zaslužuje prosečnu ocenu 9.00, a ne 7,7. Nije fer da gosti u skali od 5 do 10, daju ocenе 1,3 i 4 i smanjuju prosek. Komentari da je slab internet i da plaža nije peskovita, a put do Kotora uzak su smešni, to se vidi na mapi, a inače Boka je takva, manje više cela. Takođe je logično da je ugodnije u apartmanu sa dodatnom sobom i velikom terasom, nego u malom studiju, ali sve je to stvar izbora i cene. Lokacija je odlična, do mora vas deli put širine 3 metra. Domaćin ljubazan i na usluzi. Suncobrani i ležaljke kao i parking u dvorištu. Inače za ove stavke se zavisno od mesta izdvaja od 20 do 40 evra po danu minimalno. U blizini su dva restorana i prodavnica, Plaža Verige je na par minuta vožnje (ima mesta za parking). Domaćin pruža uslugu vožnje čamcem. Mi smo koristili apartman sa jednom spavaćom sobom i terasom sa pogledom na more (rezervisali smo studio, a dobili bolji smeštaj bez doplate!) Svi smeštaji čak i studija u prizemlju imaju pogled na more. Sve što je potrebno od sadržaja u smeštaju ima. Internet odličan i na plaži. Noću je mirno, nema glasne muzike ni automobila. Odlično za odmor. Jedino mesto gde ima šume i vegetacije na planini.

Primedbi za sam smeštaj nema. Ovaj deo Stoliva je osunčan i svi objekti su direktno izloženi suncu pa je potrebno uključivanje klime kada su visoke temperature. Preporuka je da u Stolivu ne rezervišete smeštaj ako nije parking obezbeđen jer je put uzak i nema slobodnih površina.

Seppur la struttura dalle foto sembri datata ma pur sempre ospitale, dal vivo è stato chiaro che la situazione fosse ben diversa. Bagno e soprattutto doccia fatiscenti, ma anche una noncuranza nei dettagli che poteva facilmente essere risolta (es. tovaglia assolutamente non necessaria e sporca di sugo, bollitore in condizioni pessime, lampada da comodino rotta). Prezzo eccessivo per la qualità della stanza e infine, nonostante sia indicato che è possibile comunicare in inglese, la signora che ci ha mostrato la stanza parlava solo serbo.
